All fan clubs at this point should have their discussion threads up and running. All discussion threads should stay opened for business. Do not close them. This will give our new members that join along with the members who have not been around in a while a chance to post their opinions.
If you have a forum that is getting full of soft deletes, the Fan Club Presidents need to PM their Sponsors or PM a FC Mod for cleaning.

FanClub FanFic The month of July is just around the corner and we need a little help to kick off the celebration. It’s time to put on your Thinking Cap and gather your black rimmed Harry Potter glasses for a month of fun and writing. Being part of the Snitchseeker Fan Clubs, the Admins and Mods have come up with a bit of fun with spectacular roles for all Fan Club members to enjoy and take part in.
As you know, Deathly Hallows is the seventh and final novel from the Harry Potter series. What if you, the members, could write the final book the way you see it or the way you would like it to end? Well, the time has come to hear your side of the story as told by your favorite Fan Club character in ‘Fanclub Fanfic’.
Each Fan Club will write their own version of Deathly Hallows. This Fanfic can be of any genre such as funny, emotional, romantic, action, horror, thriller, etc, just as long as it is fun and enjoyable for every reader. For characters that are no longer within the realm of the Harry Potter series, such as a character that has died or has fallen through the veil  , the Fan Club will pretend their character is alive and well, still walking around the Wizarding World, which allows members to manipulate the story more on his or her behalf. The Actors' Fan Clubs will be writing on behalf of the character their cast member plays, even if the character passed on in another series.
If your character is one not as popular in the series and you would like them to be, place him or her in the light and share your insights on how he or she would fit in to the final book of the series. Or the Fan Club are in the ECFC or the OCFC, there are many characters and actors you have to use, so place the characters where you would like them to be and use them all.
What we need from the Fan Clubs right now is for you, as a team, to agree on a topic or storyline for your character. You may participate in more than one Fan Club, it is all up to you, just as long as you have fun. Start a thread within the characters forum or have a discussion in the thread and have everyone post their thoughts and contributions to the story, maybe to see where the novel would start and end. The new fan clubs have been decided, and here they are: - Teddy Lupin Fan Club (TLFC)
- Bellatrix Lestrange Fan Club (BLFC)
- Lucius Malfoy Fan Club (LMFC)
- Alan Rickman Fan Club! (ARFC)
- Aberforth Dumbledore Fan Club (AbDFC)
The Dursleys Fan Club, we feel, has gotten some negative feedback in the Extra characters fan club. We think that it will not be well enough received.
The Stanislav Ianevski Fan Club has not been very popular in the other cast fan club. This club needs to gather up some support in the OCFC before we approve it. The fan club mods don't think he is popular enough at this time.
Keep a look out for these clubs' threads, and user-group options. They should be appearing quite soon!

Hello my wonderful fan club members! The time has come to open the Fan Club Request Thread once again.
Remember, when requesting fan clubs, make sure to have the following, or your post will be deleted by one of the FC Mods: - There must be at least 25 members who want to join the fan club
- There must be 10 odes created by the members who want to join the fan club
- There must be a sponsor who is willing to...well....sponsor your fan club
Once all of these are in place and ready to go, then make a post in the Fan Club Request Thread and present your 25 or more members that would like to join, along with the sponsor(s) who would like to help you.
Keep your odes for right now so that if and when your fan club is selected as a new SS Fan Club, you will need to send those to your new sponsor. They will in turn create a new thread for you fan club. Good Luck!!

The time has come again to make a wonderful announcement for the new comers of fan clubs. We opened the request thread a few weeks ago and have decided upon the new fan clubs that will join the SS FC family. The new fan clubs are:

Robert Pattinson Fan Club
Peeves Fan Club
The new fan clubs are being made by the sponsors and the join requests have been made. So make sure to join these new fan clubs and have fun within them.
For those fan clubs not approved at this time, remember that there will always be another time for requesting. At this time, the FC Mods felt that those fan clubs would not been supported enough by the members but that does not mean we will always say "no" every time. Thank you for your request!

I have two announcements to make at the moment...
1.The time has come to make the announcement that the fan clubs that are forums, are allowed to have their chat threads once again. With this privilege comes rules...As long as the fan clubs have active discussions going, they are more than welcome to have their chats. Myself and the Fan Club Mods will keep watch over the fan clubs to make sure that they have their discussions going. One that would not be active would be if someone has not posted in two weeks or longer.
A first warning will be sent to the club Presidents and CC to the Sponsors to let them know that they need a current and active discussion going. The second will be that the chat will be closed until this matter can be solved.
We have heard your cries...so happy chatting members!!
2. Right now, until the fan clubs can be revived with activity once again, the Request thread will be closed until further notice. I feel that there is no need to add another club when the ones we have need a little push towards being active again. I will make another announcement when they are ready to be opened.
