All of the HP books have humor, of course.

But OOTP has the most so far..

Definitely Fred & George in OOTP! U-No-Poo is definitely the funniest thing ever! No matter how many times I read that book, I still laugh at that part. I was reading at the gym and started laughing and everyone near me was looking at me funny. LoL! But that part is too good so I really didnt care!

Normally I would say that OotP, the the book is so dark that the funny don't really cover it up. I think that the whole book wise, the CoS is probably the most funny, but bits and peices, difinately the OotP.

I can´t choose between HBP and OotP. Oke maybe OotP was funnier but HBP is a close second.

OotP defiantly. I think umbridge was quite hateful, but she was hularious at the same time, her face on some of the chapter art. Priceless...

i think 5 & 6 are funny, coz in 5 Tonks is actually cool and six has loads of great H&G miments that are hilarious e.g

All of them are pretty funny but I like GoF most of all. Ron's got some of the best lines in it and let's not forget...

"I'm not puttin' them on, I like a healthy breeze 'round my privates, thanks."

I voted for HBP because of U No Poo and Luna's commentary at the quidditch match, and Ron & Lavender flopping around like a pair of eels . . . . too many to mention.

Yeah i agree OOTp but because of Umbridge getting carried away.

All the books have humour to a certain extent, but OotP got my vote.
Fred & Georges one-liners were great and the whole Weasleys Wizard Wheezes had me in fits of laughter.

Order of the Phoenix, hands down! The first book was like an intro so yes it had its humerous parts but it was mainly just to lighten the mood. CoS was just dark! PoA again had a rather dark theme all concentrating on the Potter's past etc. GoF, I was far too concerned with seeing Harry get through the tasks and make up with Ron than finding any humour. OotP, just...two words: 'Fred' and 'George'. My family thought I was mental when I couldn't stop laughing for five minutes.

So yes, OotP hands down wins!

I said sorcers stone, but its hard to choose. chamber of secrets was good that way too. they all have humor but i didnt see that kind of humor much until the sixth, which was verry funny, well until the end contrary to most of you, I found that the ootp was the least funny, it was all serious and a bit too dark except of course, the stuff with fred and george. but i have to say they all had a lot of humor!

I said OoTP because I couldnt stop laughing when I was reading it!
I thought the bit with the Marauders Map and Snape in PoA was hilarious as well though!
