It was so exciting to read the final chapter of the deathly Hallows...

But after 3 days I said to my self: "its not fair to end the series in 7 books, I need more!!!"

harry ϟ potter is a lifestyle

I was sort of crying and laughing when I finished the book. For me, everything ended exactly how it should have done. It was my dream come true.

Come again?

Siriusly, that was my reaction. I had to wait a few days, and then go back and reread it.

I loved it, it was an awesome book, and the end, when Harry went to meet V-Diddy actually had me in tears, but I was so excited about reading it, I will admit to skimming -alot- of it, so I had no choice but to go back.

I'm almost back around to DH now, actually, so as with all the books, I would wager, I will like it even more again on this read.

When i finally completed Deathly Hallows.... I got a feeling that a part of me was being ripped out of me. It was really over! That was it. There is no more. Then I said "What the heck was with that last sentence. All was well!!! That is not how you end the greatest series of the century."

The second I closed this book a wave of depression washed over me. xD
I was kind of hysterical because I was up all night, but I was also giggling at the crappy epilogue.

All in all though, I couldn't help but be extremely happy with the whole thing. It was the perfect ending, and she killed just enough people to make it believable. There was going to be no happy ending in a war.

I thought that I really liked the book except my largely critic about the end of the story. But all in all I enjoyed the book.

At first I was reluctant to read it, I didn't want it to end, and I was wary about how it would go: would I love it or hate it? It ended up a mixture. I love some parts (Ron and Hermione <3 FINALLY) and hated others (the epilogue). I was glad she killed off Fred, Colin and Moody. Their deaths added to the awesomeness of the book (a major flaw in Twilight is that no good people die). I think killing off Tonks AND Lupin was sappy. Leaving an orphan? Even more so. Some of the parts were too overdramatic, but at the end my first thoughts were.... *drum roll please*
"OMG, she killed off Dobby!"

I felt different emotions and different thoughts. I was going like, 'Oh no, it's finished! Remus, Tonks, Fred ... they couldn't have died!' in my mind but I was also happy that I knew the story now ...

I bawled like a baby. It meant the end of an era. There were no more books to look forward to, and although the movies are great fun, it's not the same as being able to stand in line at the local bookstore at 5 pm to get into the release party at midnight.

I was filled with a mix of feelings--relief that Harry was alive and well and had defeated Voldemort, sorrow and regret over so many lives lost, lives that we had grown up with, happiness that Harry was able to put this dark past behind him and go on to marry Ginny and have 3 children.

It was a fantastic book, but I am upset that it is over.

Unhappy

I personally felt numb and sad.. Numb because I just finished the end of a series.. And sad because I had nothing to look forward to other than reading them again and again and etc. :'(

I'm pretty sure I fell asleep. It was pretty late after all. And I was pretty sad. Disappointed that they copped out by not having Harry actually die though.

Bitter sweet is a very good way to describe it. Sweet, because Harry didn't die, and everything turned out all right. Bitter, because the whole series was over, and I just wanted to go straight on to book 8, oh wait there is none. Anywho, I still enjoyed the series thoroughly.

OMG like Siriusly?! || MRS. TOM RIDDLE . ( TEAM ]* S W I T Z E R L A N D

Well at first I thought OMG! I love this book. It was so good. I can't wait to see the two movies. Then I thought OMG ! Its done =( no more harry potter no more wizarding world. I considered reading the books over again but its not the same.

I still can't believe of all the deaths especially Fred, and Lupin and Tonks and poor Dobby.

I really wish there was some way we can get more. I really wish that I was in the wizarding world.

I just sat there in awe. I couldn't believe that the series was over. But I was pleased with how it had ended. I felt JK ended the series perfectly.

Oh,i cried .. I couldn't believe that it was over,I couldn't break up with the characters.. i grew to love them,or despise them-but anyways- i just couldn't let them go.. And i didn't!I'm reading the books again and again and again and ... the only thing is that i have nothing to look forward to,sometimes i just hope that Fred won't die, that the book changed on that part..I'm just happy i have the books so i can reread them forever!
And yeah,i was shocked an' all that but i was happy that Harry,Ron and Hermione were still alive.
Love you, JRK!I guess i could never thank her enough for this..
