... Seriously? There is no answer to this question. J.K. Rowling's writing period is brilliant. But if I had to choose.
1) Harry's last moments before he dies. It is written so beautifully.
2) Dobby's death, again it is just so beautifully written.
3) Ron and Hermione in... um, ehh, *grows nervous* can't I just say in general?
4) Harry and Ginny in general
5) Voldermort and Harry's final battle
6) Harry's "monster"

The Prince's Tale of course! Especially when Snape talks to Dumbledore after Lily's death, this is my absolute favourite. But I do like others, such as when Draco is crying to Myrtle, because you really see how vulnerable and human Draco is and also when Dudley tells Harry goodbye.
