It's been revealed that J.K.Rowling will be enhancing the Harry Potter Companion Books with a series of four short non-fiction eBook stories to be released later this year.

The first pair, themed on Charms and Defence Against the Dark Arts, and Potions and Herbology, respectively, will be published on 27 June, while the others will follow soon after. Stay tuned!
Share your speculation below on what you hope these books might cover? Will they be similar to Fantastic Beasts layout where it's a companion that lists the various beasts/creatures? Do you think they'll eventually come out with a hard copy?

After June 27th, this thread will be used to discuss the first two, so don't come here then if you don't want to be spoiled

I think its going to be similar to the content of the books Harry Potter - A Journey Through A History of Magic & Harry Potter: A History of Magic (British Library Exhibition Book, which is the more comprehensive version of the first one), except rather than one or two page spreads on the topics, it'll be more comprehensive (hopefully) and also based more on real world myth and history than on the fictional elements.

I could see it being a lot of Ministry of Magic and the Ministers. I don't think too much is known about that right now.
