I believe we're in for some very uncomfortable moments in the next book. Especially at Bill and Fluer's wedding. But I also believe that they will get back together. They're too perfect together not to!

I never, in a million years, saw this ship coming. It was so unexpected for me when Harry suddenly had that "Monster" in his stomach after seeing Ginny and Dean. After re-reading most of the books I did realise that Harry and Ginny did get closer and closer over the years, and everyone knew that Ginny like Harry since forever! lol!

Yes, padfoot 88, I definatley agree with you. I think Ginny has always loved Harry and Harry has always loved Ginny but he just din't know it. I think after Harry defeats Voldemort they will get back together. They have to!! Harry letting go of her for her protection just shows how much he loves her!

The problem that we don't neither Harry nor Ginny die in the book so they could be back together. Rowlings had hinted that two will die and Harry might or might not survive so...I really don't wan to think in some thing bad. Harry had suffered alot in his life so he deserves to have a happy life with Ginny after finishing Voldemort, doesn't her?? I thought that too, I thought it was great that JK finally put abit of romance into the last book, afterall Harry is a growing teenager and it was the right time book to do it. I really like Ginny and it was kind of obvious that they would get together, but deep down I'm a Harry and Luna ship, simply because they are both classed as outsiders. But I do really like Ginny and hope that they do get back together, thats hoping that neither one of them die. *sniff*

Like most everyone else, I've always thought Harry and Ginny would get together eventually. I'd felt it since CoS. Harry's little green monster had me laughing out loud big time in HBP! 
My theory though, is that they won't be able to stay away from each other. I really just cannot see, that firey red-head letting him go. I truly believe that at some point (possibly toward the middle of book 7), Ginny will just walk up to him and tell him, "We're back together, and don't even think about arguing with me!" *hehe* | |

yes, there has always been quite a connectio between the pair of them. i always thought it was cute how ginny had such an infatuation with him throughout the books, and finally her dream of love has come true! ahhh true love. i really hope that he gets over himself in the last book and stops trying to constantly protect her and be the "hero".

I think that Ginny and Harry will probably not have that 'awkward' stage in where the 'ex's' meet again, i think that there is going to be a very strong feeling between them that will not die. Harry didn't seem happy about breaking up with her and i admired the way Ginny took it too. She knew.
Also, wasn't it mentioned that Harry loved the times he would spend in the common room with Ginny curled up on his lap. He needs her. He needs to admit to himself that Ginny is stubborn enough to not let herself get hurt.

I agree that Harry and Ginny are destined to be together. Harry has had very little LOVE in his life and I don't think that he is going to lose Ginny, even if he is trying to be noble. Ginny is a very strong witch and she has always loved Harry. She has taken Harry's announcement that thier affair is over, with understanding that she will always be there for Harry, just like Ron and Hermione, whether he agree with them are not. HARRY and GINNY FOREVER and EVER.

I've always thought of Harry/Ginny as puppy love. It didn't work out once, it won't work out again. Despite Ginny having a huge crush on Harry before, and Harry getting it now, I don't believe it'll work out. They may have gotten on, but I'd very VERY much like to believe that they won't get back together after the war.
I just don't see Harry and Ginny. No matter how hard I try to look, there just isn't any chemistry. It just doesn't click for me, not a teensy weensy bit. I've always refused to believe they'd get together. Maybe because I hate dislike Ginny. *shrug*
