… after Professor Flitwick had dried himself off with a wave of his wand and set Seamus lines; “I am a wizard, not a baboon brandishing a stick.”
Ron: “If you’re not in Gryffindor, we’ll disinherit you... but no pressure.”
Hermione: “Ron!”
Ron: "Well, I had one that I was playing Quidditch the other night. What do you think that means?"

Also from Philosopher's Stone is the mention of Peeves sneaking up behind the 'ickle firsties' and grabbing their noses, then yelling 'GOT YOUR CONK!' which made me laugh my head off when I first read the books.
Also the part in Goblet of Fire (which I have trouble locating at this point in time) when Ro says something like "I want to keep this moment in my memory forever...Draco Malfoy, the amazing bouncing ferret..." and for a period of time none of my friends or classmates could say the word 'ferret' without cracking up.
I have heaps more but I can't find them all unfortunately. Basically, anything that Fred or George say over the course of the books can be considered favourite quotes.
