Well at least she had the decency to look sheepish. It wasn't as though she hadn't told him on purpose. And in her defence she had the worst memory ever. "Well we went for a holiday in Hawaii and got married while we were there." Spontaneity. She and Nik definitely had it. "I'm sorry I didn't tell you. With everything else going, I kinda forgot." He understood, right?

She reeled her hand back in and placed it in front of her. "Just quidditch?" Mia seriously doubted that's all he had been doing for the past year. "Are you still with Fallon?"

"You cut me deep Mia." Finlay laughed, grinning at his friend. Finn didn't really care to be honest. It was up to Mia if she wanted to tell him. It was her life after all. "You did have a lot going on last year." He understood. Of course he did, he had been a 7th year after all. Finlay smiled at her. "Congratulations though..." He added, thinking that might be a good thing to say. You did say that to people that had gotten married though? It was funny to think that Mia was married though, especially considering that Finlay was no where near ready for marriage yet. He was totally not mature enough for that just yet.

"Yup. I need to train loads if I wanna get off the reserve team" He really wanted to do that. To know that he was getting better. Fallon? Finn smiled. "Yup." He nodded. He was very happy about that. "Two years next month."

Mia rolled her eyes at him. "You are so full of crap Finlay Carmicheal." she said grinning at him. Like he cared what she did. And he was right about that. Graduation. Married life. Planning a trip. Yeah she had a lot going on. "Thank you. I'm really happy." And why shouldn't she be. She had the best husband in the world.

Ugh...that sounded like a lot of hard work. Mia was definitely happy with the life she had. "I'm sure you'll make the...er...proper team in no time at all." She still had no idea about the mechanics of quidditch. It was too violent for her.

Her eyebrows raised slightly even though she tried her hardest to keep the surprise off her face. "Well look at you. Don't tell me you have finally decided to settle down?" With the one girl. Bwhaha!

"At least I remember my Friends Mia Gib..." Finn cut off, grinning at her. "I dont even know what your last name is anymore!" Yup. Cleaarly such a great friend with were Mia. "I'm glad." Because they all deserved to be happy. Happy was good. "I'll have to come see you two some time." He hadn't actually seen Nik since he'd been at Hogwarts, and they hadn't exactly been the best of friends then. So it could be pretty interesting.

Had he finally decided to settle down? Finlay laughed, grinning at her. "Is it that much of a shock Mia?" Really? Okay. So Finn kind of saw where she was coming from, but he had changed a lot recently. "Yes. I have settled down." Cue big grin.

The slip of the tongue had Mia laughing. He made it sound as though she had changed her name half a dozen times. "It's Ognian." she said proudly. Mrs Mia Ognian. Hehe. She never got tired of saying that. Oooh Finn wanted to come and visit. That would be rather interesting. "That would be great. But we're leaving just after Christmas to travel, we might have to come visit you." Oh yeah Nik was gonna love that!

If she was being honest then yeah it was a shock to her. Finlay had flitted from one girl to the other during the time he was at school. Not that it was a bad thing of course. That's just who he was. She just wished that he left Marie out of it. "I'm glad to hear it." Mia had only met Fallon once but the girl seemed nice. "Annnnnd will there be wedding bells in the future?"

"Shall have to remember that." Finlay smirked at her. Not that he was really going call Mia by her last name. Although it might come usual some point in the future. If he remembered that was. They would decide that later. If he needed to use it. "Oooh. You should!" He did live in New York now after all. "I could take you around the city." Not that he really knew it that well, but he had kind of got used to it now. He loved the city though, so he hoped that Mia would too.

Finn was very happy with Fallon. The girl had changed him for the better, and he certainly though that her was a better person, and friend now. Wedding bells? What? Finn's eyes widened a little. Wedding? He wasn't ready to get married. "In a few years maybe." That was all he could say. Anything else and he would probably offend her. She was married after all.

Again Mia rolled her eyes at him. She knew that he was not going to remember. But she didn't really care. The only people who really needed to remember was her and Nik. Oooh a personal tour guide. "That would be awesome. Nik and I are going to places that we have never been to before." Which was pretty much everywhere for her. "It would be good to have someone show us around." She had the feeling that the were going to get lost a LOT!

The look on his face made her laugh. She loved to tease him like that. "Well at least you've actually thought about it. That's a start." Mia chuckled again as she picked up the menu. "So I take it there won't be children for a very long time." she said never taking her eyes off the menu, a small smirk on her lips.

Oh. He'd really thrown himself in the deep end hadn't he? Finlay didn't really know all the major things in New York. He didn't tend to spend most of his time in Montrose after all. "Ermm...." Finn grinned at Mia. "You know I dont really know the ins and outs of New York right?" So this could be really amusing. Maybe Fallon would come along with them. She did tend to have a better idea than he did, which was funny considering that he was supposed to be the Ravenclaw. "I do know...a really good pizza joint though." Right by the apartment. It was pretty tasty, but typical Finn to know where all the good food places were.

He'd thought about it? Not really. Marriage was definetly not in his mind right now. This was his first proper stable relationship after all. "Probably won't think about it again for a while." He mused, distracting himself by looking at the menu. Kids? Kids? Finlay was not having children yet. He wasn't even 20 yet! Fallon and himself were not that stupid. "Fallon wants to finish school first."

"Oh well that's real helpful Finn." NOT!! She and Nik were already going to get lost on their own. They didn't someone else helping them to do that. "How long have you been living there?" Mia could get around Moscow without any problems and she didn't even need Nik with her anymore. Oh and of course he knew where the food places were. "What is it with men and food?" She shook her head smiling at him. "So long as they have vegetarian."

Mia peered at him over the top of her menu to see the look on his face and he didn't react to the kids comment as bad as she thought he would. "Oh is Fallon going to University?" She was sure that the girl was older than herself. Or maybe she wasn't. Mia couldn't remember exactly.

"So did you and James ever work out your problems?"

"Just trying to help." Finlay grinned, letting the menu drop onto the table. "About year and a half?" Which wasn't that long really. Finn smiled at her. "I spend most of my time over here though, training." And then the rest of it with Fallon. So now, he hadn't spent that much time in the City. He would do that when he was on the full team. Hopefully he wouldn't have to prove himself too much then. "I love food." Mia knew that. She had seen him eat. Aww. Finn smiled at her. "We can find you something Mia." He wasn't about to leave one of his best friends out. No way.

"She is." Finn nodded with a big smile. He was very proud of her. "She's studying photography." Hence he got used as a model. Not that he really minded that much, because he knew he was hot. But he wasn't about to tell Mia that, because he knew she probably wouldn't agree anymore.

Oh. James. "Not really." They hadn't talked in ages. Finn shrugged, smiling at Mia. "I sent him some season tickets for Montrose though." You know. Finn still considered Jimmy one of his closest male friends. Always would. Even if they weren't talking.

A year and a half and he still didn't know his way around? "You need to get your head out of the Quidditch cloud." He was going to miss so much otherwise. Mia raised her eyebrows at him. "You mean to tell me that don't have vegetarian pizzas?" Hmm, all this talk of pizza was making her hungry. She gave the menu another once over before deciding on what she wanted.

"Ahhh so she's a creative buff, huh? I like her." she said with a grin. "We'll get on very well. Although I have been very slack with my sculpting lately." Probably because she had a grogeous husband that distracted her quite a lot. "And guess what? I can cook now." Well she could cook SOME things.

Merlin! They still weren't talking to each other? "Well hopefully he'll come around one day." She shifted in her seat and gazed at him for a moment. "So what are you going to do if the Quidditch thing doesn't work out or when you get too old for it?"

"I like being in the quidditch cloud." It was a mighty fine cloud. And Finn was staying it, he did rather like it up there. "Fallon doesnt mind it..." No. His girl rather liked his quidditch playing. Vegetarian pizzas. "I would say they do them..." Finlay had no idea to be honest. "I don't know....I like meat." So. He would really have no idea. It wasn't like he went and had pizzas with no meat on. Meat feast was his favorite. He pretty much lived on those kind of pizzas.

"She is....she's really good." If only her teachers had the same opinion. Finn didn't like her teachers, they made Fallon upset. "you can cook?" Well better than him really. Finn couldn't cook at all. Which was probably why he lived on Pizza. It didn't seem too bad to him. Not really. Pizza's were yummy. And cheap.

"I hope so." He really did. But he wasn't so cut up about it that much anymore. If Jimmy wanted to be friends again. It'd happen. He wasn't going to stop his life because Jimmy wasn't in it. "My dad owns a broom making company....I'm gonna take over that when I retire."

"I'm sure she doesn't. Probably has something to do with your big muscles." she chuckled. Although Finn didn't have muscles as big as Nik's and her husband didn't play quidditch. Thank Merlin for that! "I just meant that there are other things besides quidditch, you know?" But she had the feeling that comment was going to fall on deaf ears. Mia wrinkled her nose at the mention of meat but didn't say anything, she was sure that they would find something vegetarian for her.

Well what a lovely friend he was. "You sound so surprised Finlay. I remember making you a toasted cheese sandwich that time we..." She trailed off and felt her face go red. Yeah lets just leave that there.

Hmm, Mia didn't like this no talking between James and Finlay. Perhaps she should talk to her other friend. Oh his father's company. "That sounds pretty cool. Maybe you can create the new...Lightning Streak...or whatever broomsticks are called." Merlin! She needed to familiarise herself with that stupid sport when talking to Finn or eighty per cent of the male population for that matter.

Alice chuckled. Of course they went through a couple of rough moments right? After all all great couples had to have some trials and errors before they were able to settle into complete happiness, right? Alice listened to the details of the wedding, not being able to stop herself from making aww sounds when she told her how she had been proposed to. Wow...Salander being a romantic. Who knew? "Well I am so happy for both of you and you'll have to send my regard to Salander since it has been forever and a light year since I have seen him," Alice said with a little chuckle. "And if he ever does anything to hurt you let me know and I'll set him straight. My Defense Against the Dark Arts skills have improved quite a bit recently," Alice said with a mischievous smile.

Alice chuckled. "That is a possibility..." Alice responded with a little smirk. Although from her experiences Salander could surprise her so perhaps it was a secret little talent of his to be good at buying things for people.

"Wow...I am just so happy for you!! Have you thought of any names? I know you don't know a gender yet but some people are set on names way before they're pregnant," Alice said with a little wave of the hand. "My mother had picked my name out when she was an early teen."

"You said it not me." Finlay smirked at her. Eyeing the menu again. He was getting hungry now, and he could sure do with some ice cream now. "I do know that..." Finn grinned at her. He didn't spend all of his time doing quidditch...just most of it. But maybe he would take her advise and do a bit less. Then he could spend more time with Fallon. That certainly would be nice.

"Oooh! I remember!" He did. Finn smiled at her. "That was yummy." Would she make him one again? He hoped so. Although he didn't really think so right now. They were in a ice cream shop after all. He'd make her make him one when she came to visit him. That'd be nice. She could do it in return for him getting her lost in New York.

"Oh...I shall do that indeed." Finlay laughed at her. He probably would be doing the designing side, more the the financial side really. He wasn't that good with numbers. "You picked what you want?" Finn asked, motioning to the menu.

Buh… really?! Roxanne thought as some of her chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream dripped off her spoon onto her jeans. She sighed and grabbed a napkin to wipe it off with. That done, she returned to her ice cream, stareing around the shop. She was starting to feel a little lonely, not just now, but in general. Everyone around her seemed to have someone special and she had no one. This didn't bother the flirty woman normally, but around this time of the year, it did for some reason. And that was what Roxanne was pondering as she sat eating the melting sweet. Why being single bothered her suddenly, that is.

She was brought out of her musing by a cold feeling on her leg. When she looked down, she saw that an entire bite of the stuff had fallen off the spoon and landed right on the denim pants! "Oh, for heavens sake!" she muttered, grabbing another napkin and cleaning the majority of the ice cream off her pants. Man, ice cream just wasn't her friend today!

Bonnie Campbell sat down, occupying one of the two seats. She sighed and stared at the ring on her left hand. It felt like it was burning and weighing down her hand. She smiled slightly and glanced around. Crazed!Girl pulled off her sunglasses (not that she needed them, it was lucky to even get a glimse of the wintery sun) and vanished them. Gawd knows where they went.

Where was he? They had been in contact, through letters. They weren't going to get married soon, a couple of years. They were only nineteen after all, and, although she loved Sebster with all her heart, was she ready for marrage? Probably not. Bonnie spooned her cookies-n-cream ice cream. Mmmm.

Yum.

Sebastian Giordano rushed into Florean Fortescue's, knowing that he was a couple of minutes late. He looked around and waved towards Bonnie, then went up to the counter. He got some chocolate ice cream and paid, then walked over to the table Bonnie was sitting. "Hey, sorry I'm late, the interview went over the time I thought it would take." He said, leaning over and giving Bonnie a kiss. He pulled away and took a seat next to her. He had just got back from an interview for a job and unfortunately, the boss talked way too much.

Bonnie shrugged. "That's okay," she licked her ice-cream off the ickle plastic spoon. So cuuuuuuuute. If she could she would keep the ickle spoon forever and ever. 'Cause it didn't have a mommy to take care of it. Nope, nope, nope. But back to her Sebsters. They were both looking for jobs, and they were both coming up short. How ever were they suppose to buy a house if they didn't even have a job?!?!

"How'd it go?" she asked softly, gazing into her almost empty cup of ice-cream as though willing it to fill up again. She had an interview tomorrow for a witch teen magazine (not Witch Weekly, they hate been referred as that, but 'Charming'). She had been totally upset when she was rejected as a waitress for the Three Broomsticks.

Sebastian watched as his girlfriend fiancee looked admirably at the spoon that she was eating with. "What fascinates you so much about that spoon?" He chuckled. Then again, sometimes he didn't know what went through Bonnie's mind at times. She was one of a kind, that was for sure.

"I think it went alright, then again that's what I thought about the last interview and I didn't get the job. I just, really have no clue." He said, running a hand through his hair. "You have a interview tomorrow though, right?" He asked, taking a bite of his ice cream. Chocolate, yum. He hoped that if Bonnie had got a job, that maybe the luck would come over to him and he could get one as well.

"THE SPOON IS ONE OF THE MOST AMAZZZZZZZZZINNNNNGGGGGGGGG CREATATIONS IN THE WORLD AND PEOPLE TAKE IT FOR GRANTED!" she almost yelled. How could he, the person she was going to spend the rest of her life with, not know this?! If the git was going to marry her would have to learn the basic rules about life, about this world! "And," she said softer. "I was just thinking how unfair it was that it didn't have someone to share everything with, like I have you..." Cheesy but true! She gazed at her boyfriend finacée with love and adoration before redirecting her look of love at her plastic spoon.

"I guess we just gotta keep trying." Bonnie sighed. "Yeah, I'm kinda nervous." Her face twisted. But she wasn't nervous enough to not eat. She slurped her melting ice cream. YUUUUUUUUMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM.

Before he knew what was going on, Bonnie was yelling about the spoon, and he quickly put a hand to her mouth, just to keep quiet. He was laughing though as she continued to yell. He took his hand off of her mouth once he thought she was finished and he shook his head. "You are one crazy girl, Miss Campbell." He said, putting an arm around her. He watched as Bonnie told him a flirty line of sorts then looked back at the spoon like she loved it. "That was the cheesiest line ever." He chuckled.

"And don't be nervous, I'm sure you'll do fantastic." Seb nodded, taking another bite of his ice cream. "By the way, did you ever tell your sister about us yet?" He asked, wondering how she took it. Well, Vanessa did know about him proposing but he didn't know if Bonnie told her that she had said yes or not.

Should she bite his hand? Naaaaaaah. But it was sooooo tempting. He pulled away before she had sunk her teeth in. Looking slightly disappointed, she pouted and widened her eyes up at her finacée. "Me? Crazy? What are you talking about Sebsters?" Pssssh. Bonnie Campbell was deffinetly NAWT crazy. "You've said cheesier." she pointed out, prodding him in the side. Who was he to talk?! She gazed at her spoon and when Sebsters wasn't looking, she slipped it into her puuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuurdy handbag.

CRAP. "Oopsies. Knew I forgot something..." Bonnie giggled, blushing.

Sebastian could only laugh as Bonnie asked if she was crazy. He wouldn't say anything back, just in case she would get mad or anything. He jumped a little once she poked him in the side and he shook his head, a smile upon his face. "Alright, alright, I'm guilty." He said, thinking about all the cheesy lines he used. Especially back at Hogwarts; he said the cheesiest things then. He took another bite of his ice cream, frowning a bit as he noticed that it was almost all gone.

He looked over at her as she said she forgot something and he shook his head. "Of course you would forget something like that." He rolled his eyes. She did have a reputation of forgetting things easily, at least of what he could remember.

Ashley sat down in one of the empty seats she found, ice cream in hand. She felt the corners of her mouth tugging into a smile as she eyed the delicious treat in her hands hungrily. Nothing better than some ice cream after a hard days work at the ministry. She began licking her frozen treat while her eyes wandered around the room. She couldn't help but feel a bit lonely, still new in the city and without many friends.
