|  Typical poetry of a 14yr old poser.
I made a mark on my arm today.
With a razor blade, sharpened by hate.
Only to make the pain go away.
This seems to be my fate
I watched the blood flow down my arm.
That left a trail of pain and tears.
I see their faces, etched with alarm.
How horrible their fears.
I can hear the panic in their voices.
And the desolation that followed.
Take your time on making choices.
Don’t see the words I’ve swallowed.
I need you…..

Is everything as it seems?
The people we cherish,
The people we look up to
Are they REALLY gone?
Are they really lost?
So far away from what they used to be?
Do they ever leave?
Do they ever truly leave us?

He looked so strong,
So amazing, so invincible.
Unbreakable…..
As he struggles,
I look upon with horror.
This illusion has been shattered.
I no longer can see the wise
Unbreakable man I used to.
As I look upon with horror,

Looks so broken.

My heart,
still pounding beneath my breast,
broken so many times,
has no visible scars.
My eyes,
Darting back and forth,
Blinded by tears,
Still see through the pain.
My soul,
Lost beyond the veil of my heart,
Tainted, and impure,
Prays for salvation.
My thoughts,
Racing inside my mind,
Unsure, and imperfect,
Are my greatest weapon.
Are you ready for the final battle?
