Hey everyone. I love writing and so I decided to share some of my works. Hope you enjoy them as much as I enjoyed writing them!

The Boy Who Lived

In the dark of night, beneath the moon,
A figure comes, will be there soon,
Creeps up the drive of Godric’s Hollow,
His servants directions he does follow,

In the dark of night, beneath the haze,
A deadly visit the figure pays,
Into a house the figure goes,
His confidence grows and grows,

In the dark of night, beneath the sky
The first of the marked says goodbye
A gallant fight not for his life,
But a way to save his son and wife

In the dark of night, beneath the dim,
The situation grows more grim,
The wife, the mother protects her son,
But the figures work is quickly done,

In the dark of night where evils soar
A body lies still on the floor,
The figure’s wand is ready storm,
To end the life of the July born

In the dark of night no longer bleak
The child’s alive, the attacker weak
The figure flees, his plans gone wrong
The mother’s love was much too strong,

It was in the dark of night and beneath a star
That Harry Potter received his scar
