Oh dear, ok this is a poem, fanfiction thing that I wrote for the Elite Evil FF Challenge. It's pathetic really, but oh well.


And the Castle Was Now Pink

Dumbledore was in a state
For Mr. Ronald Weasley was once again late
He’d promised to show
This was an all time low

And the castle was now pink.

Ron had challenged him once again
And once again Ronald would not win
Neither of them wanted to lose
For the winner received a Caribbean cruise

And the Castle was now pink

The wise old professor adjusted his specs
That had suddenly become like those from the Matrix
Hagrid cried
His hippogriff died

And the castle was now pink

Draco arrived to steal the winner’s booty
And in an outburst he yelled, “Goody, goody, I love Moody!”
Hagrid was cowering in fear
For the pink school was a result of his brewing butterbeer

And the castle was now pink

Ron, at three forty five showed
In a small little boat that he learned to row
Dumbledore shouted ‘Waddiwassi!’
And poor, poor Ronald, he lost-y, lost-y.

And the castle was now pink.

My requirements were:
*someone must wear matrix style sunglasses throughout the fic
*Ron challenges Dumbledore to a duel (you think of why)
*a major character must say "goody goody i love moody"
*someone wins a caribbean cruise trip
*Hagrid turns the castle pink by accident while brewing butterbeer

WOW, brilliant rhyming there, I'd say you get the nod, but, alas I can't say if you do or not

How'd you get it approved so fast?

I really liked the Draco-Moody part,
And a word of advice, next time, post the dare at the end of the fic, otherwise people know what to expect...

You know what, Your right, I realised that after I posted, and went fix it up, but you'd already replied, ONce again though, good job!

That was great another_weasley, I don't think anyone yet has done it entirely as a poem. Very creative! :scarejulie:
Just remember, if you decide to do another dare and it is a story, you should put it in the FanFic section. And if you do more always put it in your oringinal story thread, otherwise there would be too many stories to find all over the place.

depends on whether it's a poem or a not, i guess. maybe I'll post them all in poetry just to get them approved faster... the admin would probably skin me alive tho... :whisle: lol, i promise to be good and put it where it's supposed to go, tho.

Alright, nice work, another_weasley... we've had people do poems in the past, but yours has a certain flair to it that I really enjoyed.

The great thing about poetry is that you can kind of gloss over some things that require detailed explanations in a fic... I should have thought of that sooner!

The great thing about being a member of EEFFD is that you have people reading your fics and poems... a built in fan club.
