Chapter Thirty - Six

Ginny sat in the corner as two woman approached the cell smirking at her, “Quite a pretty little thing” said one “Shame she has to die really” said the other, Ginny kept silent her hand round her injured ribs the other clenched in anger.
They laughed as she closed her eyes seeing his face smiling back. She wanted him to come and find her, but hoped he would be smart enough to bring help or not to come at all and risk his life for her. She couldn’t lose him, but if he died saving her then all hope for wizarding kind would be extinguished.

She opened her eyes they were still there but joined by Lucius, “The Dark Lord wants you two to get him and I’m to watch the prisoner”
“Harry!” said Ginny automatically, they ignored her.
“Out of his favour are we?” one smirked, “No Amy” the other replied “Of course he’s not” she laughed and pulled out her wand, “Come on then Angie, lets go get us a Potter” she smiled showing a mouth full of bright white teeth and a manic light dancing in her eyes.
“Oh yes” said Amy “We all ways get the good jobs” she grinned linking arms with her twin as they left the dungeon.

Lucius sighed and sat a chair in front of the cell.
“I know where your son is” Ginny stood up, “I know where he is and why he’s there”
“What do you know?” he snapped “You’re just a blood traitor, who’s going to die very soon”
“Where’s Snape?”She said ignoring him, “Why isn’t he getting Harry for his master and those two are?”
“Potter took care of Snape on his way in, just like he did Bella” said Lucius grinning and lying to her, “Your little boyfriend is more dangerous then first thought, now what do you think of him”
Ginny stepped back from the bars, “You’re lying, and he wouldn’t kill, not again. He wants Voldemort and me he wouldn’t…” she didn’t want to believe him and back against the wall tears falling, “…He can’t kill, he’s not like that”
“He became like us as soon as he murdered Bella, you know the rage, the anger that consumes him the revenge for his so called suffering”
“NO! THAT WASN’T HIM THAT WAS YOUR MASTER USING HIM, JUST LIKE HE USED HIM TO TAKE ME”
“Oh my dear” he feigned a sigh and a mock sympathetic look “Im afraid he’s a born killer just like the Dark Lord, you see there more alike then you or anyone ever realised”
“What do you mean?” she said and took a deep breath to calm down and fought away the pain that came with it. “How are they more alike, tell me what’s happening”
“The link runs deeper then blood, there is a part of the Dark Lord in him that can take over when he gets angry. That anger, that power is the core of the magic Harry possesses, and at the heart of the prophesy that was never heard”
“I t was heard by Harry, he knows what’s coming and so do I, we know what will happen and we know Harry will kill your master” She set her face and sat down in the corner watching him carefully.

Harry walked down the corridor wand out eyes searching. He walked through a door at the end and down a staircase. It was dark, and he whispered lumos but the thick black that engulfed the hallways was magically created and there for a purpose. “Knox” the light went out after not doing anything to help. He continued to go along, unaware of where his feet were taking him but only that he had to find her, find her before it was to late. He stopped hearing footsteps coming towards him and behind him.

“Mr Potter” a female voice sneered in front of him,
“What a pleasure” said the female behind him. He turned in between them and looked up as the lights came on. They where short, slim, raven haired, young and twins, sharing the look of malice in there eyes.
“Amy” said one, “Angie” said the other “the O’Malley twins at your service” they grinned talking as one.
“Harry Potter” he smirked and raised his wand “The pleasure is all mine” he shot out at one and ducked as they both sent red bolts at him hitting each other in the chest. They collapsed on the floor there eyes open and staring at the ceiling, “Too easy” he grabbed one of them tying her up with his wand before taking there wands pointing them at the other, “Enerviate”. Amy woke coughing and rasping as he revived Angie holding on to the ropes speaking “Where is she?”
“Im sure I don’t know about whom you are asking” Amy smiled smugly,
He jerked the three wands muttering a spell, Angie’s body started to twitch, he let go and she was writhing on the floor. “WHERE IS SHE?”
He watched as her eyes fell on her twin shaking on the floor, “Stop it and I’ll tell you”
“NO YOU WON’T, TELL ME NOW!” He flicked his wand again, he didn’t know what spell he was using, he wasn’t aware of the pain he was causing but only that this had to be done.
Amy crawled on the floor to Angie, “I’ll tell you, just stop please” she was begging, he would show mercy he thought to himself, he wasn’t as cruel and him, he couldn’t be.

He moving his wand away and Angie stopped shaking opening her eyes dazed and confused. Amy helped her sit up “Your little girlfriends down the staircase in the dungeon, you won’t get far there are guards”
“If there all as pathetic as you two im sure I’ll be fine” he stunned the two of them, putting there wands in his robes and pulling on his invisibility cloak. He still had his wand out and heading in the direction they had pointed.

(The rest of Willows conversation with Caleb in the fire place, before Hermione knocks)

“Have you told the rest of the order the location?”
“Yes, there sending aurors as we speak, are you planning to go?”He replied
“Yes” She kept pacing she couldn’t look at him,
“And our child’s life?”
“We’ll be fine, if I don’t go there’s more chance something will go badly and Harry will hurt the wrong people”
“I have my orders to stay at the prison, im begging you not to go”
“I have my own orders to follow-”
“- so im supposed to wait here and worry, I don’t think so, you took the job at the school so there would be no danger and now you plan to jump in the middle of it”
“No one else knows im pregnant”
“And if you tell the death eaters you think they’ll show you mercy, you know full well it doesn’t matter who or what you are, they’ll kill you for just being related to Dumbledore”
“No one knows that either apart from you, Harry and McGonagall”
“Please don’t go”
“I have to” She stood still looking into his eyes “If anything for this baby’s sake” she placed a hand over her belly, any bump not visible under her robes.
He shook his head “I’ll be waiting for you both, if you come back”
“Im coming back to be with you, so we can be a family” she sighed as there was a knock at the door and his head disappeared into the flames.

Willow left McGonagall’s office ready to fight. She walked out of the castle and to the gate to the Hogshead. “Grandad?” she said, Aberforth answered “Willow? What are you doing here?”
“Why did you create the portkey for Harry?”
“Because you wouldn’t, I think he knows what he is”
“How can he possibly - did he look ready to die?”She changed her question as the thoughts crossed her mind. Aberforth sighed spotting her disbelief,
“For her, yes” he nodded
“Then he knows he’s the Horcrux”

Hermione and Ron gasped simultaneously outside the window. Tears began to fall from Hermione’s eyes and Ron pulled her into a hug.
Harry wasn’t coming back, he was going to save Ginny but he wasn’t coming back with her. Ron let go suddenly and burst through the door angrily leaving Hermione in shock.

“Why didn’t you tell us? It you knew this long we could be prepared we could have said goodbye” angry tears were falling from his eyes as he fought hopelessly to hold them back.
“It had to work it out him self, he has to give himself up willingly or Voldemort won’t die” Said Willow sitting down and putting her head in her hands.
“This your doing, why aren’t you helping them, like you said, why did you come here?”
“I came to check the facts before I went to fight, why did you follow me down here? Why did your parents let you go?”
“We told them we were going to help the teachers” said Hermione in the door way, “I had a feeling we couldn’t trust you, and now your saying Harry’s going to his own death that you and the order have organised so he thinks he’s willing”
“The order no nothing of the Horcruxes, only I, Aberforth and Caleb know”
“Who’s Caleb?” said Hermione watching Ron pacing up and down the room. He couldn’t sit down, not now, he had to fight.
“Caleb’s my fiancé, he can be trusted, and I have to go. The rest of the aurors should be there by now”
“You expect me to let you go in your condition” Aberforth stood up and Willow looked taken back.
“I may be old but im not stupid, you’re not leaving Hogsmeade young lady”
“This is my choice not yours, im going” She made it to the door when Ron and Hermione stopped her “We’re coming, letting us say goodbye is the least you can do”
“Fine” she pointed her wand at a glass “Portus” it glowed and the three of them gripped it.

They stepped out of a forest to see the stone manor. There were no aurors in sight and the gapping hole was deserted, the three bodies that had been there previously removed to be revived.

Wands drawn they moved closer, now spotting the black cloaked figures around the outside. Willow recognised Cadence and Laura, and they moved fast towards them.
“Harry’s inside?”
“Yes and we have Snape, and two unknown guards in custody” Cadence replied,
“Snape, where is he?” Willows voice was angry her lips curled over his name as she spat it from her mouth.
“Cell five four one, under the watch of Caleb, Liam and Jack” replied Laura,
Ron and Hermione looked around, Hermione speaking first “Is there anyone inside with Harry yet? And who’s responsible for the doors being blasted off?”
“There’s no one inside with Harry, it was him who took the doors off” Said Cadence, slightly impressed, “We don’t know if you know who’s in there or not so there considering what to do”
“Who’s in charge?” said Ron looking around again, “If he was in there he would have killed you all by now and there would be a battle, he must know what’s going on, he must know what Harry is”
“He is” Laura gestured to a tall dark haired man in black robes “Damien Keeling, son of the prison warden” Ron walked over to him “Im going in are you all coming or not” he raised his wand and stepped inside, he was going to help, he had to there was no way his best friend would die without him by his side. Hermione followed, Willow behind them and Damien standing in there wake before going in after them and instructing four others to do so as well.

Yey, I'm the story!!! I'm an evil Death Eater...muahaha!!! But girl...do you honestly think Harry could ever get me? Hehe...I can put down ten Chosen Ones not one!!!! As for Voltemort? Ha! I would have finished with him before Harry even decide to go against him!!!
Okay enough with all the fuss...Great chapter, I knew Willow wasn't bad but you got me scared for a while. This is such an amazing story...keep writing...give us MORE!!!!

Great posts. For a second there I thought Willow was evil. Please post again soon, I have to know if they will help Harry save Ginny and if once Harry "dies" if they will be able to bring him back or if he will really be gone.

Nice post!! I hope Ginny won't believe Lucius, I mean come on Gin you know you're man, he wouldn't kill just like that...I still can't get what's wrong with Willow...hope Harry will make it and that he will be happy with his girl and Voldie will rust in hell!!!! Post more soon, can't wait! Loving it so much!
P.S: Angie would most definitely make a really dangerous witch, but I don't think she could be a Death Eater, she has too much moral for it (unlike me lol lol)!!

Chapter Thirty – Seven

Harry’s looked anxiously for any entrance as he found the bottom of the staircase. He ran his hand over the wall feeling the cool stone under his fingertips. He stepped back drawing his wand, if Voldemort was going to find out where he was it would be now. He shot a blast at the wall shouting “Bombarda Maxima” a large crack appeared down the centre, he tried again, the crack got larger until he saw an eye looking through. He recognised those eyes; they belonged to a son as well.

“MALFOY” he shouted, “OPEN UP!”

Ginny heard him, he was here he was alive, “HARRY” She shouted hearing him “HARRY IM IN HERE”. She shouted standing at the bars watching Lucius point his wand through the crack.

“IM COMING” He shouted back hearing her voice and jumping out of the way as Lucius sent a green spark in his direction. “I wouldn’t do that remember your master wants be alive”
He shot out at the wall again the crack was big enough to get through now. He dodged another attack as he heard the sound of footsteps. He hid in the corner wand still drawn thinking it would be death eaters to surprise and completely shocked when he saw who it actually was.

Voldemort was pacing, pacing because he was coming. He had to be ready to fight, to kill the last person standing in his way. His faithful servant appeared in the fire place, “My Lord they are coming as you know, but will you attack the aurors”
“It will not do well to shed there wizard blood when there is only a boys live to be taken today”
“And if they try to stop you?”
“They will pay the price; let’s just hope your girlfriend knows what she’s doing”
“I told her not to come, I don’t think she will listen but she won’t get in the way she has a life at stake as well as her own”
“A pureblood of our cause is a life worth saving, as it is your child they will be protected”
“Thankyou my lord”
“Be aware they do not know of whose blood she is linked to as I do”
“I understand my lord” he bowed his head and disappeared from the flames.

He sat at his desk; he would let the boy come to him, once he had the girl it would make the victory sweeter to see her scream as he died, to see them all in pain when the boy who lived would live no more.

Ron led the way until they ran into trouble there were three death eaters awaking two others in the hallway. The twins stood up and pointed there wands shouting, the three men behind them did the same.

The twins shot out first, Willow and Ron a split second later as they dodged and ducked in the hallway. Ron got past the five standing behind them pulling Hermione under one of the twin’s legs as he raised her in the air, causing a spell to avoid Willow by inches. Eventually the eight of them had the five death eater’s wand less and held in the air. The four other aurors lead the three out of the building leaving Ron, Hermione, Willow and Damien to carry on there search.

They followed the hallway until Willow called for silence “Do you here that?” there was another loud bang. “If Harry’s using force then that was him, he’s either fighting or he’s found her and is trying to get her out”
“Then lets go” said Hermione moving forward wand drawn standing with Ron. They walked down the hallway toward the noise and down the staircase.
“Harry!” shouted Hermione running towards him “Watch out he yelled” leaping forward and pulling her down as a green light shot out from the hole in the wall. “It’s Malfoy” he said as he helped her up in the corner, “I can’t get a shot at him”
“Then let us try mate” said Ron shooting out a purple bolt and causing Lucius to been thrown back across the room, as he shot out at Hermione and Harry pulled her out of the way again.

Harry ran in wand drawn and straight to her cell.

“STAND BACK” he shouted and pointed his wand, without even having to say the words the door flew back against the wall smashing. He stood there looking at her. She was broken, but there was still fire in her eyes. “Harry” she smiled, he walked over and lifted her up into his arms,
“I’m sorry Gin” he whispered into her ear, carrying her out to the others. Her arms were wrapped tightly around his neck, she wouldn’t let go and he didn’t want her too.

They made it outside without any attacks and he set her on her feet. “Will you wait here” he stroked her cheek gently, and she shook her head “Please don’t go, Harry I’ve just got you back”
“I have to”
“You don’t not yet… please” she grabbed the front of his robes and he placed his hands on top of hers,
“Gin please don’t make this harder then it is”
“Just one more day Harry, just one day, I’m begging you” She moved forward still holding on, and lay her head against his chest, and he wrapped his arms around her. “Please Harry”
“Gin-”
“- I have to say goodbye in case you don’t come back” she sobbed.
She didn’t know, and he couldn’t tell her he wouldn’t be. Tears began to fall from his own eyes as he held on tighter, “Goodbye Ginny” he let go of her and walked away quickly, he couldn’t look back not now.

“HARRY!” She shouted but he didn’t turn around “HARRY STOP PLEASE” he got to the door way and dropped his bag on the floor.

Ginny ran forward after him but Ron moved swiftly away from the group of aurors and held to her round her middle as she fought his hold “You have to let him go”
“NO!” She screamed, “I WON’T”
“Let him go Ginny, please let him go”

Harry walked inside her screams, her crying still echoing in his ears. He leant on the wall and ran a hand though his hair. He couldn’t lose it, not now; he bent down and pulled out the sword. He took out the deluminator and snitch placing one in each pocket. Memories from his past came to mind, his first quidditch match, he walked forward wand in hand, sword in the other. Setting the snake free at the zoo -He kept moving -his first kiss with Ginny, watching Cedric die before his eyes. He hoped his death would be like that. Quick and painless, no more suffering.

He knew where he was going Voldemort had made sure of that, the part of him inside leading him to his death. He walked up the winding staircase to the closed door. He was ready.

Chapter Thirty – Eight

Ginny felt to the floor watching him go inside. Ron stepped back not knowing how to console her. She was on her knees still whispering to him when Hermione knelt down beside her, “Come on Ginny, this will be over soon” Her eyes matched Ginny’s in redness and she placed an arm round her and pulled her to her feet avoiding her broken arm and ribs “Lets get those injury’s sorted out for when he comes back”

She was lead to a tall auror who held a bag filled with potions and bandages. He gave her skelegrow and put her arm in a sling, as well as carefully wrapping her ribs under her robes “You should be back to normal in a few days” Ginny nodded indifferently and walked away before she finally snapped turning back to the group.

“WHY DIDN’T YOU STOP HIM, WHY ISN’T THE ORDER HELPING HIM?” She shouted at the aurors around them each a member of the order, all now told the secret surrounding the young boy’s demise.
“There’s nothing we can do Ginny, this is his battle” She lashed out slapping the woman across the face. Hermione grabbed her good arm that had done the damage “Ginny” she pulled her away Willow stood in shock clutching her cheek. Ron moved to help hold her back, “I SHOULD BE WITH HIM LET ME GO” she shouted until there was a loud pop and Molly and Arthur appeared.
“Ginny! Your ok” Molly came almost running towards her pulling her carefully into a hug “LET ME GO” She shouted angrily, “YOU NEVER WANTED US TO BE TOGETHER AND YOU GOT WHAT YOU WANTED I WAS TAKEN YOUR POINT WAS PROVEN AND NOW I DON’T KNOW IF HE’S ALIVE OR DEAD”
“Don’t be like that Ginny, please we only wanted what was best for the both of you” Said Molly, Ginny pulled out of her grip and sat on a rock tears pouring uncontrollably and as she wiped them away she noticed the group of masked figures coming out from the front of the house, and holding a cloaked figure in front of them.

Harry stood there for a second; he looked down to his feet taking a deep breath raising his wand to the door. It swung open and he stepped inside greeted by a room full of death eaters and Voldemort in the centre, Nagini wrapped over his shoulders.

“Potter”
“I’ve come here to kill you make no mistake Riddle” the words came out faster then he had intended but his heartbeat was slow and he wasn’t scared, no not scared but worried. Worried what would happen if this didn’t work and he left those he loved behind to continue there battle to survive?
“You kill me, I don’t think so boy”
“I’m more of a man then you might think. I’m ready to face death”
“And where is the girl to witness your foolish bravery, I can still feel the burn in your flesh for that blood traitor and I promised I would make you watch her die”
“You’ll leave her alone, and place the burden on my shoulders” He was watching the snake carefully, there was no way to kill it without killing him first and then what he was dead, he would have to pass the message on, Ginny, Ron and Hermione knew. The problem was solved before it even came to mind.
“I keep my promises” Voldemort said walking forward his wand in hand but not raised.
“Harry, meet my most loyal follower” he gestured with an arm and a masked death eater stepped forward removing the disguise from his face.
“You” Harry whispered in shock at whose face appeared.
“Oh Harry, you didn’t think I could be loyal to your cause when all the time I had another” Caleb smirked.
“And Willow?” He questioned,
“She’s one off us too of course, but she’s busy looking after your girlfriend if im correct”
“If she lays one finger on her I’ll kill you both”
“Well glancing out the window I’d say Miss Weasley’s putting up quite a fight”
Harry’s eyes darted to the window but he couldn’t see any thing but didn’t really want to in case what he saw would make him lose it.
“The order is supposed to be able to trust its members and yet you turn your backs just like Snape”
“I was a death eater before I turned Order to the profit of my master, since Snape had left his second life behind, we needed another spy and persuading Willow Jacobs was the perfect way back in”
“You turned her to fight against her own kind”
“What else was there to do, we needed a spy, I gave us two instead” he smiled and stepped back as Voldemort moved closer, “We need the world to see our victory over the great Harry Potter” he smiled slightly, and Harry looked into his eyes the crimson pools made him feel hollow inside.

He stepped forward his wand still held firmly in his grip, the sword at his side. “Let’s get this over with”
“Lower your wand Potter” he stowed his own away in his robes, Harry was confused but didn’t.
“Why? I thought you would like a fight”
He had to get him to kill him that was the only way.
“I SAID LOWER YOUR WAND BOY, HONOUR A MORE POWERFUL WIZARDS REQUEST”
He lowered it only slightly, but he knew he was out numbered and he knew what was coming next. They all reached out and grabbed him holding his arms and disarming him before carrying him outside.

Ginny stood up as they came even closer. The group of aurors had there wands drawn already and were standing in a formation familiar to them, ready to battle.
Ron and Hermione stood back there wands drawn and moved to a wand less Ginny as well as Molly and Arthur wands in hand ready to fight. They came closer and as Ginny saw who they were carrying she let out a cry, “Harry!” she ran forward and everyone watched in horror as Voldemort shot out at her. She fell to the ground, writhing and screaming in agony, “NO!” Harry shouted and struggled against his captors. “LET HER GO YOU WANTED ME LET HER GO!”
Voldemort continued and Arthur supported Molly as she wept held in his arms. Harry yelled again and he stopped a smirk on his snake like face. Voldemort walked a few metres away and waved his hand to the death eaters and they let Harry go, handing him his wand and circling around the aurors and the duelling pair, Ginny lying in between them. Harry once released ran to Ginny, and on his knees cradled her in his arms, she was still alive and she smiled looking up at him, opening her eyes slightly.
“You came back” she smiled croakily.
“Just for you” he smiled back, before she closed her eyes again.

Voldemort raised his wand pointed at Harry, who was hit in the chest and screamed in pain and let go of Ginny, falling on the floor next to her.
