Hey you! Yes, you! Stand still, laddie!
I never wanted this life. Cursed to fall and bow the Dark Lord. I thought his promises were true. I thought he was right.
I was wrong.
Teacher leave them kids alone.....

I have been tortured, I have expeirenced pains beyond anything. I only had this one chance, one chance, to leave forever. To prove that I didn't want this.

"My Death Eaters, this is the finale. This is the end of the Order of the Pheonix." Said Voldemort. We were battling the the order, and the primary targets- The Longbottoms and the Potters. I sigh, and look down at the picture of my wife, lost to the Order. The reason I joined the Death Eaters.

We were in the thick of battle. I was merely running, blocking curses and jinxes and such. I see James Potter, deuling Dolohov. I join in; James was evenly matched with both of us. Dolohov sent purple flames at James, who blocked it was a perfectly time Protego. I was sending every curse I knew, every single curse. Dolohov was blown back, dissapearing into the crowd. We pause, my and pointing at James chest.
"Why do you do this? Why? What is the point of murder?" James asked. There was desperation in his voice. I gathered my willpower, and sent a spell at James, sending him to the knees. I walk to him.

I aim my wand at his face, preparing to speak the words that could end it.
Suddenly Voldemort was at my side.
"Do it," he hissed. "Kill him!"

I knew I should have at that moment; I would have been rewarded, being a high ranking death eater, gaining the trust of the dark lord.

But I wanted it to end. I wanted someone to take me away from all of this death and misery. My death wouldn't matter.

All in all your just another brick in the wall........

But it would prove that not all are evil; would I be forgiven for my sins if I spare James, and turn my wand to the Dark Lord?
I thought it would.
I kicked James' wand to him, and turn my wand to the Dark Lord, yelling. He lifted his yew wand...... spoke the ending words. A flash of green light, and blissful peace came to me. As my soul travels......... I hope I would be forgiven.

All in all you just another brick in the wall.......

Your title caught my eye. I can always appreciate a little Pink Floyd. Love this song. I like how you integrated the lyrics to the situation. Nicely done. Good story and sad.

It's funny I always think of Snape when I hear the lyrics "no dark sarcasm in the class room. Hey! Teacher! Leave them kids alone!" :lol:

For Voldemort I think of "we don't need no thought control." and I see that is where you were going. Like I said, nice job. ^_^

Thanks! I've never really written a sad story, and I felt it would be a bit of a change :)
