haha sorry just had to make sure you were really reading...here's more...i WANTED to post more last night, but you people hand't read this bit yet!!


“...Harry I would like to ask you to become a member of the order. The decision is up to you, and you alone. They would be your responsibility’s, and you’re problems. But there would be rewards. If you do accept, I have your first assignment.”
The word “YES!” formed in the back of Harry’s throat, and he fought to suppress it. The only difference from now, and him being in the order was some secret information that they felt he couldn’t know. In the end he always did find out, but was it worth it? There would be more of everything. More problems, more stress in his already stressful life, and more rewards.
There was a lot to consider before accepting this offer. In the end he always did find out the stuff that the order was dealing with, he was always dragged into it. What if he started out in the middle of it? Would that make it any easier? Harry would fine out stuff sooner, and wouldn’t have to pretend that he didn’t know. Not to mention he was beginning to wonder about this “assignment”.
“Well...I think I understand what differences this would bring on. And there would be a lot of good things about it. So...yeah...I accept. Now....what about this assignment?”
“Ok, good. Harry, you know more about defending yourself against the dark arts, than anyone else at Hogwarts other than myself. Which would make you a perfect person to teach Defense Against the Dark Arts. The world is getting to a point where people need, and want, to know firsthand how to defend them self. You know a lot about this. I talked to the minister, he agrees with me, now that Voldemort is back, our students need to know the truth.”
“But...but what about my classes, my friends...Quidditch?”
“You will continue your other courses, but on your own time. This is the first example of scarifies you will have to make. Also, you will be allowed to continue with Quidditch. The rules for students will still apply to you, with the acceptation of a few. You will continue to sleep in your dorm, but will have an office, where students may look for you, for help and such. You are now allowed to be in the halls at whatever hour you please. But.....Miss Weasley still can’t.” He added with humor glistening in his eyes. “You may still continue to see her, but just because you can get away with more than usual, doesn’t mean she can. Now, shall we go introduce the newest member of the Order of the Phoenix to everyone else?”

yeah you'll hear more about that later....the whole...Dumbledore knowing everything but he has ears/ eyes on the inside. hehehe....Order discussions...yeah...but i REALLY want to write about Harry's teaching...but i still have the whole summer to think about...*grumble grumble*

ok thankyou people that submitted characters...i could use more...but i need them soon!!! i'll need them all by tomorrow!!! ok tomorrow the 3rd of december...got it?? i can come up with the rest bout would prefer to have someone else...and i have 2 reminders: don't make yourself sound to perfect and unrealistic, also if you do...i will NOT hesitate to leave things out and make the person imperfect. don't make yourself so special. i can do that if i need to. I have main characters and don't need more. i just need party subjects and students. actually for students i'll need some kids for Harrry to teach....so for them the same info ok?

Everyone was happy for Harry. Ron pointed out how Harry now had more authority than Draco, and as much as Professor Snape. Hermione glared at Ron and insisted that Harry shouldn’t abuse his power. Harry just grinned and said, “Don’t worry Hermione, I won’t go around giving Slytherins detentions for no reason. It’s just knowing I can. At the very least I’ll threaten them into being nice to Gryffindors.” But she once again said that he still shouldn’t.
Knowing that he was going to be a teacher, Harry decided that he would need something to wear, except his black Hogwarts robes. So they decided to take a trip to Diagon alley to get Harry some new robes, and items he would need for teaching.
Later that very evening, Ginny declared that the night wasn’t over yet. With a mischievous grin.
“We’re going to the burrow. Now that you’re a member of the order, people don’t need to worry about protecting you. That’s why we can go. Mum trusts you to take care of me while we’re gone.”
“Where is your family any way? I don’t think I’ve seen them since we came home from our walk.” Ginny’s smile just grew, as she stepped into the fireplace with a handful of flew powder, and called out, “The Burrow”. She disappeared into a puff of smoke before she ever gave Harry’s question a second thought.
He Apperated to her bedroom, to find it pitch black. He looked around making sure he was in the right place. He recognized a few pares of her clothes lying disregarded in the middle of the floor. But floating serenely near her bed. Harry reached out a hand to touch it, and the moment his fingers came in contact with the string the balloon started yelling at him.
“What do you think you are doing? Ginny said you were going to go to the Burrow for dinner!! What are you doing in her room?” It was Fred, but suddenly a feminine voice interrupted, “FRED! What are you doing? Don’t make it say that. Give it to me!” Hermione hissed adamantly. “Good try Harry. Fred was right I think you are getting ideas. But this is the wrong room. Keep trying.”
The balloon fizzled out, and fell to the floor.
“Great joke Fred.” Harry mumbled to himself.
Harry didn’t think they would be in a bedroom. And that narrowed it down quite a bit. The Burrow was mostly bedrooms, so it could accommodate nine people. Harry’s next guess was the den. He slowly left Ginny's dark bedroom, and ventured out into the murky hallway. The ghoul over head moaned, and threw something against a pipe.
The den was nearly as shadowy as the rest of the house had been. but in the middle of the room, there was a dim light, that flickered, seemingly out of nowhere. It had been two years since Harry had been in this house, and he forgot what piece of furnature was there. But he guessed that just like the balloon, it was another clue to where everyone was. As he slowly ambled towards it, the light grew slowly brighter. It illuminated Ginny’s smiling face, and when he could finally see her clearly it suddenly flashed to it’s full brightness, nearly blinding Harry.
When he finally gained his vision, he saw a room full of people. Only half of who he knew. But Harry had a feeling that they all knew him. Everyone did.
“Happy Birthday Harry!” They all called.
A few faces Harry recognized were Neville, Seamus, Dean (who looked like he was only there because Seamus had dragged him), Parvati, and Padma, Hermione, Ron, Justin (oh I can’t even spell his last name...sorry...haha I’m too lazy to go get a book and find it), Ernie McMillan, Hanna Abbot, and Susan Bones.
A girl with long sleek blonde hair and striking blue eyes was standing next to Ginny. The girl was staring at Harry, then turned abruptly to whisper something in Harry’s ear. Ginny nodded with a small smile on her face, and led the girl over to Harry.
“Harry this is my friend Shan. She’s in Hufflepuff. I met her during our flying lessons. Are you okay? You haven’t said anything since you saw everyone in here. Should I not have arranged this?” Ginny asked in horror.
“No, I love it. Thanks Gin. It’s just that no one has ever gone to this much trouble for me before. I’m getting used to the special breakfast...but this is quite different.” Harry insisted hurriedly, and gave Ginny a reassuring hug. Without loosening his hold on Ginny much, he turned to Shan with a smile. “It’s good to meet you. I haven’t got to meet too many of Ginny’s friends. But I’m afraid she’s a little bit too familiar with some of mine.” Harry said teasingly.
Ginny leaned back and looked at Harry in shock.
“If you’re talking about Dean....”
“I was talking about Ron and Hermione. But now that you mention it...why is Dean here? We’re not exactly friends you know.”
“Don’t ask me, I sure didn’t invite him. Seamus just asked if he could bring a friend. What did you want me to do?”
“Uhhh...am I in the way? I can always find you later Ginny. Then you and Harry could talk alone for a while...well...realtively alone I guess.” She added as she glanced around the room.

This is really good...Please post more soon. I can't wait to read more..I guess I will have to wait til you can post more.

i'm SOOOOO sorry that took so long. I had writers block, and the hollidays are making things get hectic...i hope this meets your standards!!

“Don’t worry Shan you’re fine. Harry’s just a little bit shy. He doesn’t really like big gatherings.”
A few moments later Ginny forced Harry away to go talk to his guests, promising to find him later. But in stead of mingling with this guests he went to go find Ron and Hermione. They were talking to Fred, George, and Lee who had just arrived. When Fred spotted him, his face broke out in a huge grin.
“Ah...Harry. So did you find my newest product?” He asked.
“Uh...yeah....but I wasn’t in there for the reasons you think. I just thought Ginny would be getting something of hers first. So....yeah....I didn’t think we would....”
“Yeah I know. I just thought I'd have a little bit of fun with it.” He replied casually. “I knew you knew better than to assume my baby sister would do something like that. I was just testing it out. I hear it worked wonderfully.” He added with a smirk.
“Yeah...wonderfully...” Harry grumbled. Fred just smiled and walked off towards the Patail twins, with George close behind. Lee smiled too and fallowed after his friends.
“Harry I’m so sorry about that. It was awful. I would have hexed Fred, but I would have gotten in trouble for it. That was a horrid thing for him to do. on your birthday no less!” Hermione insisted earnestly.
“Don’t worry Hermione, it’s no big deal. That’s just Fred. I don‘t mind.”
“Are you sure? I was about to kill him as well. We all know that it wasn’t really the way Fred made it out to be.” Ron interjected. “When everyone heard him say that they were furious at him. I was going to jinx him but Hermione beat me to it. She took it away from him and started yelling. After she was done she slapped him pretty good. I‘m surprised that the handprint is gone already. ”
A while later, Harry began to wonder where Ginny was. He was expecting her to have found him by now. There wasn’t much time to ponder his question. Soon Ginny’s furious voice rang our in the room.
“YOU ARROGANT JERK! HOW DO YOU EXPECT YOUR EXCUSES TO MAKE UP FOR WHAT YOU DID? YOU BROKE UP WITH ME WHEN I WAS IN THE HOSPITAL, AND NOW YOU COME OVER HERE TO INSULT MY BOYFRIEND? HOW DARE YOU?! YOU HORRID PERSON! WHY ARE YOU EVEN HERE? YOU WEREN’T INVITED.” Harry hurried over to find her, to save her from causing any more of a scene.
She was relatively easy to find. A crowd had congregated around them as if watching a great fight. And a great fight it was turning out to be. Dean looked horrified. Ginny seemed like a veela. Usually calm and pretty, but when enraged she was absolutely terrifying. Harry rushed over to her and put a hand on her shoulder. She turned to him abruptly as if expecting to see another Dean there to thrash. When she saw Harry her face changed completely. With her calmed down, Harry turned to glare at Dean.
“What’s going on?” He demanded of Dean angrily.
“Why should I tell you? You won’t believe me any way. I know you’ve already decided that no matter what I say I lie, and Ginny is the complete victim. Right?”
“Well...yeah. Ginny never gets this mad at anyone and you know it.” Harry said defensively, placing a pritective arm around Ginny’s waist. “I don’t have any idea what you did to her, but if I ever hear that you did anything to upset her again, you will live to regret it. I assure you of that. Now get out of here the party’s over!”
“I will never know why you are so protective of that little-” Harry didn’t even let him get the words out before he planted his fist firmly against Dean’s jaw. Ginny winced, and Harry was sure he had heard something crack. He took Dean’s shirt into his hands, and threw him up against the wall. “Get the heck out of here!” Harry thundered. “You just hope I don’t have to see you again until we get back to school.” He hissed.

Very very good....I can't wait to read more...Yeah!
