Harry Potter leaned down on wet grass,placing soft white flowers on the freshly dug earth.The granite headstone looked remote against the light petals.Harry knew that the inscription on it clashed as well.
For the millionth time in the day,Harry's eyes looked at the words,making sure that they were true.Wishing they weren't.

"Harry"He felt a hand on his shoulders.He looked up to see the slightly blurred image of Remus Lupin,close friend of his late God-Father.
"It's time to go Harry."
Without a word,Harry stood,not bothering to brush the dirt off of his shaking knees.
Hermione and Ron were waiting for him at the gate.Hermione gave him a tight hug.Ron hesitated for a moment,then pulled him in for a hug too.The three stood there together,crying together,mourning together,and Harry knew.It wouldn't be okay.It would never be the same.The one flare of joy in his life had been extinguished,and there nothing left of him but a shell.He searched his soul and could not find it,there was no life in his heart.He pulled away from his grieving friends and walked through the entrance.
He then swore to himself that he would avenge his god-father.
He solemly swore he was up to no good.

Mr. and Mrs. Weasley were waiting in a borrowed Ministry car.Fudge had finally allowed them to be thought as the symbol of hope,and let them use the limo as an apology

Did he think he could make up for what I lost?

Harry opened the car door slowly,letting the weight drag him to a kneeling position.He bowed his head as memories washed over him.

"What are you doing here?"Harry asked.
"I'm fufilling my duties as your god-father."

"He's not your son,"said Sirius quietly.
"He's as good as,"said Mrs.Weasley fiercely,"Who else has he got?"
"He's got me!"

"Don't worry"said Sirius,"I'm sure they're going clear you,there's definetly in The International Statute of Secrecy about allowed to use magic to save your own life."
"But if they do expel me,can I come back and live with you?"
Sirius smiled sadly....

Harry uttered a moan of pain as the door thumped him in the back of the head.
"Harry?"Mrs.Weasley's head emerged from the darkness of the inside of the car."What are doing on the ground?Come on get inside."
Harry reluctantly slid onto the silk interior.He looked expectantly towards the door,expecting Sirius to slide in behind him.It took a minute for the truth to penetrate.
Sirius was dead.

Forgiving

Harry said nothing as Ron sat beside him,determined not to look at his face.He knew it was set in a dissaproving line.
But he couldn't ignore the sobs that were ripping at his forgotten heart,or the tears the threatened to break his strong front.
How do you ignore the fact that the only father you've ever known...is gone?
It was this thought that broke him.He could hear his heart break as sobs began to rack his body.Harry was unaware if time had stopped,unaware of the sympathetic looks he was given.He was only aware of his sobs..and the comforting arm that wrapped around him.He leaned his head against Ron's shoulder,thankful that he had him for a friend.He heard Ron's words,and was unsurprised at the fresh tears they brought.
"This shouldn't of happened to you!"Ron said angrily,shaking his fist at nothing,but cursing everything for the pain they had laid on Harry."None of it!You shouldn't have to be the Boy Who Lived,have to of fought off Voldemort.Shouldn't of have to of had to go through Riddle,or meeting Wormtail.You didn't deserve the looks that kids gave you daily,just because of what that Rita cow said!You shouldn't of had to face Voldemort,or see Cedric die,or see your parents help you,because you knew you would never be able to have your parents hug you,just my mother,or me,or Hermione!God,Harry,you shouldn't of had Sirius die!That shouldn't ever happen to anyone!Anyone!"He was screaming by now,but he had more to say.
"The world isn't fair,Harry,I know you know that.I'm sorry,god I'm sorry Harry.You lost everything,and you think it's your fault.Every night you scream in your sleep 'Look in the mirror!'.But it's not your fault.You loved Sirius so much,that's all.Please Harry,"he felt his soul giving way,floating into the darkness that filled Harry's eyes."Please,forgive me.Forgive us."
Harry choked on tears,letting them blind him.But with utmost certainty,he nodded.

As they reached Grimauld Street,Harry raised his head from it's place on the seat.His eyes felt sticky with dried tears,and he couldn't see clearly.
But he could make out the hunched figure at the door.He got out quickly,shouting "Hey!"
The figure looked up,and Harry's heart stopped.He was looking at heavily-hooded eyes.Bellatrix!,his mind screamed.He fell to ground,hands clutched to his reeling head.
"Get..Get..Away,Please!"he tried to yell,raisng his eyes.He could see every pain he had ever experienced embedded deep in the cloaked Bellatrix.
"Oh,is ickle Harry begging.Does he want a cookie?"The killer said in a high,babyish voice Harry remembered all to well.He heard her mutter something under her breath,and suddenly found himself writhing on the ground.
"GET AWAY FROM HIM!"Somebody screamed,and Harry groaned as it echoed through his head.Something purple flashed brightly across his eyes,and then all was black.

Harry woke with a start,surprised that he was still in the limo.
"Something wrong,Harry?"Ron mumbled.Harry just shook his head,more to chase away the dream than to answer.
"Bad dream,huh?"Ron said,starightenning his mousy hair.
"How did you know?"Harry asked,surprised.
"Your face."Ron stated simply,"It looks more haggard than usual."Harry felt a cool palm on his cheek and looked over to Hermione,who gazed at him worridely.
"You were tossing and turning.You were also muttering."She cried.
"It was scary"Ginny Weasley addded,eyebrows arched high.She was also shaking,but Harry chose to ignore that.
"It was Bellatrix,"Harry admitted finally."In my dream,she came by Grimmauld face.She did...something...to me.I think it was the same thing that happened to you last year,Hermy,"He grimaced,guilt stabbing him at the thought of the hole that now resided in Hermione's heart.She was scheduled for a surgery at St. Mungo's in December,"Somebody-I think it was Lupin-tried to rescue me,but Bellatrix ran before they could do anything."
"That's strange."Ginny remarked.Ever since the events of last year,she had limited herself to two or three words.Harry nodded.
"It wasn't a dream,I guess.It was my worst fear."he stated.
Hermione hugged his arm,glad that she had the real Harry for awhile.
