Hey everyone! This is Tara, back with another one-shot! This is my 17th FF here on SS! Woot! When I heard the song this FF is based off, I fell in love with it. And for some reason, it reminded me of Draco. So this FF will be in Draco’s Point of View. I hope you all like it. Enjoy!

This FF is based around the song “Cry” by Rihanna. I had to change up the lyrics because they say “girl”, and Draco isn’t a girl, so do the math.
Cry
I flung myself against the wall as she walked away. I don’t think I’ve ever been so mad! It hurts like crazy now that she’s gone. Usually I was the one to break hearts. But this time was different. I felt like a victim of some horrible crime. But I wasn’t the type to cry. I have been like that my whole life. So why start crying now?
Suddenly lyrics to one of Hermione’s favorite songs popped into my head. I had heard the song so much I, too, knew the words. I looked up, thinking of Hermione and how she had left me as I let the song play in my head.

I never got the whole ‘in love’ thing.

And that song was right. Even though Hermione had broken up with me for some stupid reason, she couldn’t change me. She couldn’t make me cry. I only fell in love once, and it wasn’t going to change me. I nodded in agreement to my thoughts as I stood up and walked out of the castle and down to the lake. I looked out at it, grasping all its beauty. I had been the same old Draco Malfoy all my life. I wasn’t going to change now, and cry because I missed her so much. Yeah, this time was different. She left we feeling like I was a victim. And of course it cut me like a knife when she walked out of my life. Yes I’m in this condition. And I’ve got all the symptoms of a boy with a broken heart. But no matter what, no one, not even Hermione Granger, would ever see me cry. |
