Want to spice up your story with Latin for characters' names or for spells? The Latin Dictionary and Grammar Aid is a site I, myself, use for my story. You can search in english and prefixes and suffixes in Latin. So have a ball and use it wisely.

There's a contest going on right now, started today and ends March 15th for anyone who is (I perused the rules) over 18, lives in the U.S. , and most importantly, has a finished manuscript.
With instructions on where to enter. If you win you get 5.000 dollars AND a publishing contract with Simon & Shuster. Even if you don't want to win, you can judge entries on the site. So dust off your old manuscripts if you've got them lying around ... and give it a shot, it's only open until March 15th so hurry, if you think you can finish a novel by then, then have at it.
