How come I can't post anywhere?

If you are a newbie, you have to options for places to post. First visit the Platform 9 3/4 Newbie forum until you've made at least 10 posts in there. For more information, read all the pinned topics in Platform 9 3/4 (Newbie's Forum). Second, Newbies may post in the News section.

I started a new thread and now I can't find it. Where did it go? Should I try making it again?

You are probably posting in a forum which requires new threads to be approved by a moderator. Please do not keep resubmitting threads for approval - be patient, the mods will get to it. If the thread does not comply with SS Board Rules, the rules of the individual forum, or if there is already a similar thread, the thread will not be approved. You will NOT be notified if your thread has been approved. (If you suspect there is a problem, you may PM the mod of the forum you are trying to post in).

How come my FanFic/RP/Graphics thread was locked/deleted?

The thread most likely did not comply with either the site-wide, general board rules or else the section’s individual set of rules and guidelines. Keep in mind that admins/mods don't delete threads for no reason at all. If you're sure that you're following all the SS Rules, check the individual forum's rules.

How do I delete my post?

As members, you aren't allowed to delete your post. If you need one of your posts to be deleted, either edit in that you need it deleted and/or PM a moderator or admin to have it deleted.
