It was a slow walk to the classroom and Marcus lent heavily on the cane that the hospital had issued him with. After lying in a hospital bed for the past month, his body was still relatively weak. He probably didn't really need the cane but he was going for the sympathy vote from the students and hopefully whoever attacked him would feel a little guilty. Pfft yeah right, he was obviously dreaming there.

One good thing though, he had managed to get himself a new wand while he had been in London and flicked it towards the door and it sprung open. He gave the kids waiting in the corridor a weary smile and gestured for them to enter the classroom

"Could I please have the 1st to 3rd years on the left hand side of the room and the 4th to 7th years on the right." He stepped back and waited for the kids to file in.

As you enter the classroom you will find all the desks have been set up in rows and a note written on the board in Professor Lawson's childish writing.
