I'm just posting a PM I recieved from Stacey (LadyNerd) regarding the Holiday FC Schedule.

Below you will find the listing of fanclubs and their dates of participation of the new Holidays theme for this year. Sooo, we'll be working with RGFC and DRFC. How cool is that?

The Co-Pressies have been discussing what we'll be doing for the event, and we'd highly appreciate it if you were active in these two days of ours as you plan to be in the other FC's. This is a big thing that comes only once a year, so take part in it as much as you can! It's gonna be a blast!

Hello everyone. My name is Tatewin, and you can call me by that name, Tate, or Michele as they are all my names. (Tatewin just happens to be Sioux) Anyway, I have not heard from my other half yet, but I know I have some ideas to help Emma's fan site grow, but I also need to hear from those who are most involved on this site! Hey everyone! Both emmawatsonfan4eva and I have agreed that Hermy Weasley will make a great Promotion's Officer for Emma! I have invite her to fill the position "Unoffically" until we can get the okay from Adorable LiL Thing to make it official! Congrats Whitney!!!!!!! We know you will do your best for Emma's Fan Club!!!!!!

Okay everyone! I have set up a thread for all you Emma fans to post your Happy Birthday wishes to her as she turns 17 in April! SO! Spread the word to eveyone and get busy thinking about what you wish to send her!!! It will have to be sent at least two weeks before her birthday, so, time will pass fast!!! Poems, tributes, photos, thoughts, graphics etc all go on the thread, but remember!!!! Any inappropriate material WILL be deleated!!!!!!! Have fun!!!!

Please take note everyone! A new thread was started recently, and it was a great idea, but the rules were not followed so we were forced to lock it off. Please take time to read the rules! If someone wants to start a game or any kind of thread, they must get permission to do so from both co-presidents before it can be done. I am going to start a new thread, so that someone can make a request for a thread, which will make things easier. Remember, these rules have been in place for a long time and set by our MOD's. It is important to show them that we respect these rules!

Okay all you Emma fans! I have two new and very important announcements, Theses instructions come straight from the top, or, in other words, our MODs who have created some new rules for the Fan Clubs.
First, as you may have already noticed will be the Discussion Thread, so we need all of your suggestions in the thread I just created for them! As we finish each discussion, they will be archived and we will move on to the next. This sounds like a fun and interesting idea, so, jump on in and get creative. However, remember to read the rule posted in the Suggestion Thread, and know that no spamming will be allowed in the Discusiion Thread at all!
Second, we now must limit our games to four. In order to dissapoint the least number of fans, We will take a poll as to which four we will keep. I am sure that if people get tired of one, we can take it off and start a new one, but there will be only four games total allowed at one time! I will post the poll as soon as I can!

Just as a heads up, even though I've already started, I'm cleaning up the forum. I've gotten rid of the games we weren't keeping, and merged threads of a similar nature.

Also, if I see threads that don't seem to be popular, I'm going to close them and give a set of time for them to be requested to be opened before I delete them.

Fanclub Fanfic

The month of July is just around the corner and we need a little help to kick off the celebration. It’s time to put on your Thinking Cap and gather your black rimmed Harry Potter glasses for a month of fun and writing. Being part of the Snitchseeker Fan Clubs, the Admins and Mods have come up with a bit of fun with spectacular roles for all Fan Club members to enjoy and take part in.

As you know, Deathly Hallows is the seventh and final novel from the Harry Potter series. What if you, the members, could write the final book the way you see it or the way you would like it to end? Well, the time has come to hear your side of the story as told by your favorite Fan Club character in ‘Fanclub Fanfic’.

What we need from the Fan Clubs right now is for you, as a team, to agree on a topic or storyline for your character. You may participate in more than one Fan Club, it is all up to you, just as long as you have fun. Start a thread within the characters forum or have a discussion in the thread and have everyone post their thoughts and contributions to the story, to see where the novel would start and end.

Change to Chat Threads in the Fan Forums

Please keep it spam free as we will be using the questions elsewhere on the site and a clean thread is easier to work with than a dirty one. Once you believe to have enough questions and are ready to turn them in, please send them to me, LadyNerd, and I will take care of them and get them to the proper place for more fun and excitement.

Try and have as many short answers as possible so that it makes it easier on the members who are playing to type in the answers. If it is something that is slightly long or hard speller, create tips such as this:
With actors, please keep their questions pertaining to the Harry Potter movies only, whether it is something that happened on the set or something that was different from books to movie

Some clarification: I will not open new games until I see activity in the discussion thread. If we feel we need another discussion thread, then we'll open another.

If, however, I continue to see the lack of contribution to the discussions that I am currently seeing, I will close the game threads until the activity of those are to my satisfaction.

We need the following positions.

1. News Officer - 1

2. Activities Officers - 2

3. Promotions Officers - 2

4. Graphics Officer - 1

Please answer these questions and submit the required articles to me, dan arjay and to Mistress Vondella on or before May 22.

1. What is the position being applied for? (News/Activities/Promotions/Graphics)

2. Why would you want to be a part of the Emma Watson Fan Club?

3. What can you contribute to help the Fan Club active?

4. How can you help promote the Fan Club to old and new members?

5. For Graphics Officers: Please submit a sample of your work to us.

6. For News Officer: Please submit a sample review of a movie of Emma Watson.
