"But...what about your own plans?" Kurumi asked, covering her mouth as soon as the last word had left her mouth. Kurumi knew how much Jonathan respected his father...even if she saw a good portion of that respect being born out of fear...so she didn't want to say something that would make it seem as though she were testing that or pitting him against Mr. Kim. Still, what about Jonathan? He had dreams and ambitions - he wouldn't be a Slytherin if he didn't have the latter.

Kurumi had known that Mr. Kim demanded respect, that much had been clear when she had met him over the summer and Kurumi had found herself reverting back to the overly polite girl she was in the presence of her grandparents on her mother's side. With Mrs. Kim, especially after their shopping spree, Kurumi had found herself able to relax a little. Mr. Kim was...a little different.

"I'm...sorry," she squeaked, lowering her hand slowly until it was hanging by her side. "It's just...I'd hate for you to have to give up something, anything, that you want just because your father tells you you have to do something else." She looked down at the ground. She had found her voice with her father thanks a lot to Jonathan, it was about time that she helped him find his own.

Kurumi looked around the shop as student began leaving it. Was it really already that time? The Hogwarts Express would be departing in the morning for Hogwarts and there was still so much to pack.

Well, Jonathan talked with his father once about this during the summer as well. "It's not entirely his own decision though" he said as he peeked through the small shelf in the next aisle "...He's just giving me alternatives because he thinks I might not have something prepared" he nodded. Sad but true though. Alexander does know his son too well. "The two of us did discuss about such matters already and I'm willing to take my father's suggestions" he added. Alexander have worked in a lot of places already, Jonathan knew he's of good help when it comes to those stuffs. So basically, Alexander won't force him into anything although his father did also say that it's nice if he could venture out somewhere where his mother can't do stuffs for him. Surely everyone in the family knows how spoiled Jonathan can be when it comes to his mother.

Jonathan gave a small laugh "Don't worry, It's not like he can just decide for me. He's just opening up suggestions that i might like to take" yeah, that's probably it.

Kurumi's concerned expression softened as Jonathan explained a bit more. See, she knew that his father wasn't as scary as Jonathan made him out to be - although the mad DID demand respect. Beneath every snake was a badger, right? Erm, well, maybe that wasn't entirely sure. Kurumi was pretty sure that Voldemort didn't have any hidden Hufflepuff under his black robes.

"That's good," Kurumi smiled, with a small blush appearing on her cheeks. There was still lots of time for him to figure out what he wanted to do, so...maybe he should take some of his own advice and not worry about it? "I am sure...whatever it is you do...it will be brilliant," she continued...with more blushing of course. "And hopefully I will be in there somewhere."

EEK! Had that girlish thought just gotten out? Hopefully it was too quiet for him to hear. If he did...well...now he had some more things to tease her about...so really, it was a win win situation.

"We...um...should get going," she said, nodding her head towards the counter and playing with her hair. "I still need to pack and..um...you have a cage to buy." That was a sort of odd statement. She took a small step forward, stood on her tip toes, and attempted to reach his cheek again.

OWLS! Abby loved owls and all the other animals. An animal lover, Abby ran to Eeyops Owl Emporium so fast. Yes, she's athletic. So what?

"Wow!" Abby said in surprise. The beauty of all the owls around her. Oh, she didn't know what owl to buy now! But one owl...only one owl caught her eye. With it's white snowy feather, Abby knew she'd buy this one. She grabbed it slowly and petted it. This made the owl flap its wings. A sign of happiness, I think?

Then the tired but happy girl went to the counter to finally take the pet as her own.

Ella had finally arrived at the one place she had been waiting to see all day! After what seemed like ages of gathering items she would need for her first year at Hogwarts, Ella's parents had agreed to let her go to Eeylops and buy her very own owl! She loved animals and the thought of having her very own companion to bring with her to a new school sounded great. She wiped the sweat from her brow and gave her parents a wide smile before walking over to the door of the shop.

Ella entered the shop with wide eyes, amazed at how many owls now surrounded her. The shop was filled to the brim with these wide eyed creatures and Ella felt a sudden surge of panic. How on earth would she find the right one?!

McKenna walked into the Eeylops and looked around in amazement. Her parents had given her a large sum of galleons to purchase all of the things she would need for her first year at Hogwarts, and she had some money left over, and her father had allowed her to purchase either an owl or a cat. McKenna relized she would get more use from an owl and she would easily keep in contact with her parents wile she was away.

McKenna looked towards the racks of owl cages, how they followed the back of the narrow isles. She wondered if she would ever find the perfect owl. McKenna started to sreoll down the isles and looked at each owl, examening them with a great deal of care. She looked at the weight, height, gender, species, and health condition. McKenna was reaching the end of the isle when she found the perfect owl.

There, sitting in front of McKenna, was a female snowy owl sitting upon a bar inside his cage. He sat there, perched with his head held high and his beak to the sky. This certain bird had pale brown spots ringing aroung his eys. The owl was extremely soft, covered in down feathers.

Mckenna new she had to get this awls. She gave her one more good look before bringning her to the counter to purchase it. The random dots aroung her eyes reminded McKenna of sprinkles. Sprinkles. Thats what McKenna would name her new owl. Carefulley, McKenna took the cage off of the top of the shelf. She took it and held it by her side is she strode to the register.

Pam walked into the emporium, looking for more food for her owl. She needed enough to last her, at least, the train ride to school. Teri ate fast, and a lot. She saw a girl walking around the owls, and decided to go say hi. "Hello there? You like owls?" She said with a smile.

Tanya walked into eyelops with a huge smile on her face. She couldn't wait to see the look on her sisters face when a owl swooped into her room carrying a letter. Wiat,that was allowed right? Eh,she'd check before sending. Walking around the cages,she found an owl as white as the snow fall,staring at her from it's cage. Tanya got a little creeped out,because most things didn't stare at her wth such intensity,but she went with it,figuring this must be normal. Picking up the cage,she walked along the store,looking for anything else she might need

Ella looked up from the little owl she was currently observing and smiled. "Hello. I've never seen an owl up close like this before. I think they're...well, magical." Ella gave a small laugh and a sigh. "I guess everything here is pretty magical though, isn't it?" Suddenly she furrowed her brow, thinking back to what had troubled her before. "There are just so many. How do I know which one will be right for me?" She looked up hopefully, wondering if there was any way to tell for sure.

Pam paused for a moment. "Well, I picked my owl because she was the cutest one. In my opinion of course. Some people tell because it's the one that will nip your finger. Others already have a type picked out, and they pick an owl based on that. There are many different ways to tell." She loved her owl, and Teri was certainly the cutest one for her. Pam loved Teri, although, she did keep her up in the nights. So Pam usually let her out at night.

Ella smiled. She had expected as much. She would just have to use her instincts to pick the right owl for her. "Thanks! I have a pet dog at home and when I saw her, I knew she was the one. I suppose picking my owl will be something like that." She looked around, thoughtfully. "I do think the spotted owls are the cutest! Maybe I'll start there."

"I've got a pet rabbit, Snowball. She's so cute." Pam looked around at the spotted owls. "They are really cute. It's hard to come in here and not buy more! But I've got one owl, and I don't think she'd appreciate another." Pam giggled to herself. She really did like her owl. But she tried to picture her house full of owls. That'd be funny!

Elle walked in to Eeylops Owl Emporium fast and excitedly. Her parents wanted her to have her very own owl so she could keep in touch easily. She was given 12 galleons to buy one and supplies for it! She walked down the aisle amazed by all the owls. They all looked so adorable. One owl caught her attention. A big beautiful tawny owl that looked too large for its cage stood really still until Elle walked by. As soon as she stepped in front of him he tried to open his wings but could not because of its restrictions. She tried to touch him but quickly decided he might bite. But next to him another beautiful baby eagle owl. It looked confident even after it almost fell off the bar. Too many choices!

Leila began looking at the owls, so many to choose from, then she saw him, the most beautiful owl ever, he was snowy white and had little specks on his wings, she knew then that he was the owl for her. Smiling she took him to the counter.

Ella smiled. "I don't think my dog will be a fan of any pet I bring home but I'm sure they'll come to love each other after they've been around each other for a bit...well I'm really hoping they do." Suddenly, Ella noticed a little spotted owl to her right. The creature seemed to be observing her, interested in what Ella was saying. "Hey there little guy." Ella approached the cage, imagining this little owl as her companion at Hogwarts. He was small in stature like her and wide eyed too. "I think he's the one."

Pam smiled as she watched Ella converce with a small owl. "What are ya gonna name him?" She asked curiously. Pam loved owls, and she loved to watch them interact with wizards. It was almost as amazing as watching a first witch or wizard interact with their first wands. It was both exciting and breath taking.

The around five years fresh of Hogwarts, dark-haired woman walked into the shop. Normally Mabel would avoid pet stores since she would not be likely to afford a pet herself, though, she had decided that she would save money if she just bought an owl herself instead of spending money posting letters. She would only be buying a cheap one, of course.

She walked over to a shelf that seemed to be holding the older owls. She spotted a fairly well groomed one that was eyeing her and reached through the bars. It nipped on her finger and she swore under her breath, without glancing at the price of that owl she moved on.

How about this one...? She saw an old beat-up looking spotted owl looking out of the bars at her. As she approached it,it let off a soft hoot and shuffled closer. Mabel laughed and reached through the bars again, the owl let her pat it's head lightly.

She gently took it's cage from the shelf and balanced it on her hip. The owl didn't try to nip her or escape, but actually buried it's head under it's shoulder and hooted softly again. Mabel was amazed. She went off to the counter to purchase this beautiful dozing owl.

Ella twisted her long blonde hair around her finger as she gave that some serious thought. "Hmmm." She looked at the little owl and tried thinking of the perfect name. Her thoughts suddenly changed to ones of her Gramps and how much he would have loved to be around to see Ella be a part of this magical world. "Jasper." She said with a smile. "After my Grandfather."

Kyrian took a deep breath before entering the shop. He noticed a few folks eying the owls, but he didn't move toward anyone. He walked deeper into the shop noticing the fluttering of feathers, some owls cleaning themselves and others ignoring him. He almost reached the end of the cages when an irritated screech caught his attention. Looking back there was a silver cage containing a regal and haughty looking eagle owl.
"Are you screeching at me?" Kyrian looked at the bird wondering. Maybe this is the thing I need, having just moved here from America he was lonely. This bird obviously needed attention. The owl preened in front of him causing his blue eyes to melt with adoration.

The fair forehead covered with black fringe, the smiling dark eyes were checking out the owls one by one outside the Eeylops Owl Emporium. For AJ, it was his first time in the UK. Actually, he won't be here if it wasn't for Allison's Patronus saying that she got lost. After getting her things done, AJ walked around the infamous Diagon Alley where he was attracted to the owls.

Ever since his owl died when he was in his fifth year at Salem, AJ never had any more owls. He wanted to change that so he won't be facing too much trouble when he wanted to contact someone. However, he knew grown owls can get tough to train.

Chester had finally passed - the old tawny owl had been well over his prime and seemed to have lost all senses at the end of his short lived days. He was a regular nutcase for an owl - flying into walls, boxes, closets, up fireplaces, into closed windows when the other part is open. Into screen doors - everything a batty old owl would do.

An owl began to screech at her she could see it's been moving but the sound was muffled. She could hear her heart beating clearly in her chest. Kyleigh came to a stop in front of a large snowy owl. "Hey there" she smiled her finger near to a lower cage she didn't see the owl in the cage climbing up the walls of the cage or anything at all. She didn't know what was about to happen until it did.

Ouch. It had stuck its beak through and had bitten her. Jumping she knocked into something solid and human like. Turning around she just looked over to the person she'd run into.

"Hey - sowwy you alwight?" She asked as she sucked onto the tip of her sore finger. The pain subsiding. Teeth grinding at the sound. "Sorry - did I hurt you?" She asked almost nervously.

Hands in pockets of his grey hoody, AJ walked around looking at the owls smilingly. He was absorped that he didn't realise there was someone else in front of him and they bumped into each other. AJ took a step back to balance himself. Head slightly tilted downwards as he looked at the smaller person. "Sorry," he apologised. "I'm alright. Are you...?" asked the youth sounding a little worried.

Kyle turned around and blinked when she saw who she had run into - of all of the places it had to be when she was attacked by a rogue owl. A cute rogue owl at Eyelops. Smiling, "Yeah I'm alright - just a little nibble...it was more shocking than it hurt and really, I've done far worse." She admitted sheepishly. Pulling off her earmuffs the sound began to bombard her ears. Brilliant.

"I'm sorry but you look...familiar?" She asked glancing over to AJ once more. "I'm Kyle, er...Kyleigh Manning by the way" she smiled. Sure she was probably a little bit younger than him but, hey, that didn't matter he looked familiar and she was certain to a point it wasn't from Hogwarts. But seeing as she remembered only arriving at Hogwarts and suddenly waking up in Paris - well...yeah there was a bit of lag in memory still. Since it wasn't her memory it was that pirate-girl's.

Looking down at the other individual biwelderingly, AJ nodded and smiled before he turned around to take a look at the owls. However, his steps stopped when she said something like he was familiar to her. Turning around, "If you're from Salem Institute and Wizarding University or South Korean Ministry, I might be familiar," he said calmly. There was no denying he was quite famous at Salem especially during his final year. "I'm sorry, but do I know you?" asked AJ looking confused and curious. If he knew her, then forgive him for forgetting. Or was she another fan of his...

AJ leaned against a pole which supposed to be a bat's hanging place (but it wasn't there) and pulled out a box from his cheek pocket, pulling out a grin stripe before he unwrapped and chewed it. Spearmint was the best gum there was.

Alexis walked into Eeylops Owl Emporium with curious look on her face. As she walked around she noticed one owl in particular that caught her attention. It was a snowy owl, it hooted in it's cage, she walked over to the cage and stood in front of it.
"Hey little guy." She said to the owl who only hooted in return, she chuckled. "I think I'll buy you, would you like that?" She said the owl hooted excitedly. Alexis laughed once more before walking up to the counter to buy the owl.
