The birthday officers divide the list, and PM all of the people who have signed up to receive birthday cards four days before the birthday. They ask them to send in wishes and/or graphics for the up-coming birthday. Then, The birthday officer posts up all of the wishes for the person in one post.
The two birthday officers will alternate cards. One posts a card, then the next birthday, the other posts.
If you are going to apply for the position, I would suggest that you have Microsoft Outlook. You can set the alarm to remind you four days before the birthday. | |
