At number 13B, Borgin & Burkes still stands. This antique shop is the most well known and oldest of the shops in Knockturn Alley. Every dark wizard knows this large, dusty shop is the place to go to find objects that are both strange and powerful and very old items that seem to hold unusual and dark characteristics. But don't let the dim lighting that comes from the large stone fireplace fool you. This is not a welcoming place. Its former owners, Mr. Borgin and Caractacus Burke, were known to be able to swindle powerful magical objects for very little money and then sell them for triple, but that is nothing compared to the new owner...

Just outside the door and around the corner, you can take the steps to the upper level of Knockturn Alley, or stick around on this lower level and pop in next door to The Coffin House Necromancy Emporium

That Hag woman!

Sullivan did not like her one bit and it was really no secret that she did not like him. For what reason, he knew not, but he couldn't even walk past that woman's cart, if a Hag could be considered a woman, without having a crystal ball thrown at his head. Of course, he could take care of her, but then he'd have to face Atropos and well, Sully did not want to be left taking over the cart.

And that Hag was the reason he entered Borgin and Burkes. If he couldn't take care of that thing himself, he would find something that would. Grumbling to himself, he eyed the laser beam shooting Grandfather clock.

That could be useful.

With a dark heavy leather jacket on, Bryce made his way down Knockturn Alley. Though why he was there...

We could all just pretend that he wasn't, right?

He really didn't have time for pit stops but having looked in the window of Borgin and Burkes as he passed by in a hurry, the man stopped and backtracked his steps, leaning over to peer into the window once again, not at all affected by what was being displayed. He'd seen worse. Wasn't this just his luck though? Scowling as a rush of anger and adrenaline passed through him, Bryce pushed open the door, not caring if it slammed into anything...

...And headed straight for that man who OWED him MONEY! ~~Bryce didn't care if this guy was only the messenger boy either.~~

Kazi had warned him not to go into Knockturn Alley alone before he was of age, and though Jake had been down the street before, albeit with someone, he had respected the old man's wishes. He wore his travelling robes with his hood up, and he was lucky that he had a large build.

The young man had been looking for books, but, curse it all, he had found none. It was ridiculous. He'd have to use the library at school.

But for now, Jake had his eyes on one thing. Here in this shop was what he was looking for.

Leaving the two men already present in the shop to their own business, Jake went over to the all seeing glass eyes. He'd heard that Mad-Eye's old eye had been used on the outside of a door once, and so the person inside could see what was going on outside. He smiled and inspected them closely.

Yes... he'd have to leave them in his vault, but it would be better to buy them straight away.

Nodding to himself Jake eyed the price and shrugged to himself. He had come into Diagon Alley to deposit things in his Gringotts vault today, so he had money... and this wasn't even putting a dent in his inheritance.

Going to the shopkeeper, Jake told him what he wanted. "A cursed silver frame, one of those rune covered boxes and two all-seeing glass eyes," he said gruffly, and the shopkeeper accio'd them. Jake was thankful... the guy looked like a nasty piece of work and Jake just wanted to get out. He handed the man a pouch filled with gold coins. 150 to be exact. He waited for the man to give him 10 galleons back and nodded respectfully to him.

The pockets in Jake's cloak had an undetectable extension charm put on them, and it was in these that the lad put his purchases. The rest of the pockets had all sorts of money, books and objects in them too.

It was heavy.

"Thank you. May the rest of your business today go well," Jake bowed his head respectfully, before sweeping away. Time for Gringotts.

Moving away from the Grandfather clock, since that might be just a little bit too extreme to take care of the Hag with, Sullivan was just about to inspect the poisoned candles when he heard the door of the shop fly open. Turning his head slightly, he smirked when he took notice of who it was.

That wandmaker.

The way the wandmaker entered the shop, Sullivan thought there would have been more than just a look and crossed arms. But, he was a wandmaker. Everyone knew there was nothing to those people. They are, after all, tree huggers.

A smirk crossed his face as the topic of those galleons was brought up. The man was like an elephant, remembering something from so far back. But, there was no way Sully was going to pay for that wand. It was not his and he remembered telling this guy who to go to. Meh, maybe not an elephant.. "No." he answered simply, and deciding the man was not worth dry eyes for, he turned back to the poisoned candles he was looking at before he was interrupted with this nonsense.

The hag was more entertaining..even when she was throwing crystal balls at his head.

Well that was all perfectly clear and everything, but Bryce just couldn't understand it. No. Why did these people think they could get away with everything!? Rolling his eyes, he was quite aware that this man had turned his back on him. Now, yes, normally Bryce wasn't a guy to get into violence, more enjoying to have everything run smoothly, however, this...was not going smoothly. At...all.

"Hey!" Grabbing the guy's shoulder, Bryce pulled him around so he wasn't staring at his back anymore. "You face me when I'm talking to you."

Margery, deciding to play her hand as an adult once again, walked to the shop with a new found confidence. she was very much ready to begin her quest to be a powerful dark witch. she approached the shop keeper and said,
"I would very much like one All seeing glass eyes - 40 Galleons

one Black Vanishing Cabinet - 120 Galleons

If Sullivan didn't find this man so amusing, he would have already drew he wand and taken care of him. Not kill him, of course. Sully was more of a play with your food type of person and he was quite fond of limb removal. He would have to go and visit Arkie Alderton's later on.

Bryce may have been one all for the rules and being safe, but that was mostly for the children that came into his shop. Gotta keep up a professional and role model look now, didn't he? Here on the other hand, there were no youngsters around. How convenient.

Watch who he was...?

"Why?" he asked, a smug look crossing his features as he grabbed the front of the guy's clothes and shoving him into the shelves behind him, pausing only for a moment to narrow his eyes before continuing on with what he was saying. "Does it bother you?" Hehe, that was almost funny.

This was a no smiling situation though. Unless he came out the victor.

After leaving the Gleaming Gyrash with a much larger black leather purse, tucked under her cloak, Isla Vanderwolf seized the perfect opportunity to head over to Borgins. It was the most famous and oldest shop in Knockturn Alley, might as well pay a visit.

Keeping the hood of her black moleskin cloak reasonably low over her face, she opened the door, noting the loud creak and chime of a bell as she entered. Noticing a few figures, she moved to the left and started to scan her eyes over the shelves of trinkets and jars. More things to make her office look more inviting, at least to her. Nothing says claws and Red Cap eyes to make a place feel more like home, at least for her. Moving slowly, she looked up to see a tangle of shrunken heads dangling from a pole. Lovely. "Should get some of those," she muttered to herself after lightly tapping on one of the leathery wrinkled faces. "Put them in the window."

Shuffling her footsteps, she rounded the corner of a shelf before seeing the figures she had seen upon entering the shop. What were they up to? Probably nothing good, she thought. Turning back to the shelf, she ran her index finger along the tags of some objects.

Hearing the light shuffling sound of footsteps behind him, having not noticed the door opening the first time, Bryce glanced over to the side, wondering if it were the shopkeeper coming to… well he'd just like to see what the shopkeeper would try to do to tell the truth. However, the woman definitely did not look like a shopkeeper, considering the fact she was indeed, browsing.

Letting his expression soften, the man glanced back towards the messenger boy before letting go of the guy and taking a step back, fixing his own jacket and running a hand through his hair. Alright, so maybe he overreacted a little, but, he couldn't help it. At least not this time. On the other hand, it would be rude to continue with their conversation in the presence of a lady.

Taking a deep breath, Bryce eyed the man before his gaze flickered back to the woman. Well it seemed he'll just have to finish this conversation another time. Like, after his little meeting he needed to get to. "Good evening." He said pleasantly with a grin to the woman, sliding his hands into the front pockets of his dark jeans.

Nope. Nothing to see here.

Isla was always a quite perceptive person and being in Knockturn Alley, it was on full blast. Her blue eyes snapped from the tag she had been thumbing over, to one of the huddled men she had seen upon entering the rickety and dark shop. Taking a slow and steady step towards him, she noticed in the light that he wasn't the type to even be near here. What gives?

She curtly nodded her hooded head to him. "Evening," She spoke, the mix of her native British accent mingling around the newly acquired American slur. Maybe taking a job at the American Library wasn't the best career choice she had made. "You don't look like the normal sort that come through here." Indeed, she had been here many times. For supplies for both her professions.

Leonidas was on Diagon Alley and saw the turn to go down to visit the stores down there, he came strolling down the steps witha wand twirling in his hand and his aces turned to a scowl. he walked past of the stores and walked into Borgin and Burkes. He thought about his son, Benjamin the whole time. "Now what would Benjamin enjoy from this store?" he muttered to himself. His eyes wnadering, he immediately caught eye of the vanshg cabinet. He walked towards it and rubbed his hands on it. He'd buy 2. one for the manor and one at his fathers farm. he set locomoto spell on two if them and followed then each aisle. Before he finished down the first aisle, he spotted a hand of glory sitting upon the mantle of the fireplce. he grabbed 2 of tham and put them inside the vanishing cabinet closest to himand kept walking. He found a 25 pack of non poisnous candles and tossed them into the same cabinet as the hand of glory. He walked on and saw several old boxes covered in runes. He grabbed 2 of them and opened them up. they were much deeper than what he had thought. He grabbed 2 of them and droped in with the other items and went about looking at the other items. He didn't see anything else. He finally saw all of the jeweltry and spotted a ring with an onyx stone and and a lightning bolt going trough the midddle of the onyx and grabbed it. he then took everything back up to the counter and paid for everythingand sent everything to his manor straight away.

Virgo went along the Knockturn Alley together with their house elf, Gofer. She knew the place very well and for her everything looks very well familiar. She knows the place from the back of her head.

She entered a rather odd door and went inside. "Cling!" the bell moved back and forth. She saw her father was already looking around the place. She approached her father while Gofer stayed near the door.

"You are late Virgo. What did you do?" Her father asked her while shuffling through the shelves and looking at some things. "You know i don't tolerate tardiness" her father added. Even with her father's low voice Virgo still manage to be scared at him. Her heart was already raising. Virgo stayed quiet for awhile and followed her father. Then Borgin approached Virgo's father.

"Virgo, go stay with Gofer. Tell him not to touch anything." Virgo's father said.

Virgo knew that her father didn't want her to be part of the conversation with Borgin. So she went around and looked for the things she might be interested in.

She wished there were books but there was none in-sight. She couldn't touch anything she sees. She very well knows never to tamper or play with stuffs at Borgin and Burkes.

Amber walked close by her brother into Borgin and Burkes. She had not planned to go here, but it was in fact her brother's favorite shop. She walked behind him, her eyes darting all over the shop. She gulped as she saw shrunken heads and claws on shelves. As her brother picked out things, she decided to go to Weasley Wizard Wheezes afterwards, where she actually felt at home seeing all the products she loved lining the shelves. Maybe she could play a few pranks at Hogwarts..""What was Hogwarts without a bit of rule breaking fun?" she thought. She grinned and suddenly found herself at the counter, her brother handing over galleons to the clerk. She was ready to leave and go buy some actual cool things at Weasley Wizard Wheezes.

Hong Jong was walking around Knockturn Alley this was his first time in a while things didn't seem to have changed in fact the whimsical dark figures lurking around seemed lightly comforting to him. As he walked around he knew this was not the place to be reading a book he had to stay at attention as he walked down Hong found himself at Borgin and Burkes and decided why not go in he was rather curious.

Pierre walked nervously through Knockturn Alley. He really disliked this place, but Armen had been sneaking around here before. He a feeling that this might be a good place to start figuring out what might be going on. He walked into the shop, not really one hundred percent sure why he was doing this. He hated this place. Pierre was curious. Then again, it wasn't like he was just going to run into Armen here. That would be weird.

Pierre walked nervously through Knockturn Alley. He really disliked this place, but Armen had been sneaking around here before. He a feeling that this might be a good place to start figuring out what might be going on. He walked into the shop, not really one hundred percent sure why he was doing this. He hated this place. Pierre was curious. Then again, it wasn't like he was just going to run into Armen here. That would be weird.

Shortly after Hong had walked in another man walked in. He raised his eyebrow slightly he had seen this man before but he didn't know where Hong glided around the shelves as his eyes had not yet left the man. Had Hong seen him in the ministry? He wasn't quite sure he usually had his book in his face there.

As Pierre walked through the shop, he couldn't help but notice the disgusting things that were there. He had no idea how anyone could possibly like anything like the grotesque objects that were here. He walked past a row of cursed jewelry and spotted another man in the store. He looked somewhat familiar, but Pierre couldn't place from where. He wasn't going to introduce himself or anything because, honestly, he wasn't so sure he wanted to converse with anyone in this shop.
