If I had sat down and jotted down some notes on what I thought would happen and in what way - I would have been just about 90% wrong. The book was a present surprise. Total enjoyment!

1. Dobby's death =/ Aww mann.. I loved that little guy <333333
2. The whole Severus/Lily thing going on.. never saw that coming but it did totally made me feel uberly bad for poor ol' Snapey =/ Losing like the one person he ever loved to someone he..er, disliked
3. Dumbledore's whole history being revealed. I was like *runs around in excitement* It was so suprising yet I think it was perfect. Shows you that a.) Nobody is perfect no matter how perfect they may seem & b.) The best and most kindest people can stray down the wrong path in their time as well
4. Kreacher! Ahaha - I thouroughly enjoyed it though! Especially at the end when he lead the house-elf attack and he was screaming something like, "For Regulas!"
5. Voldemort's death not being as dramatic as I had dreamed.. *shrugs* Not complaining though
6. Percy becoming reuinited with his family once more
7. Mrs. Weasley and Bellatrix - although that was a fantastic moment *saves it forever*

And like a lot of other things as well

My biggest shocker was Harry dying then coming back. The thing about Dumbledore's childhood was a major shocker too. I was also surprised that Remus and Tonks got married, but I have half expecting it. I was surprised when we found out Tonks was preggie too. I'm sad they died. Poor Teddy. Dobby's death was a shock to me as well. Fred's death was yet another shocker. *sigh* But the book was utterly AMAZING!

The entire book was very exciting. I loved every minute of it. The things I was most surprised at were:

Dudley being sad about leaving Harry behind.
Kreacher being nice to the Trio.
Dumbledore's shady past.
The deaths of Hedwig, Dobby and Fred.
Harry's fight with Lupin.
Tonks and Lupin having a baby.
Snape's patronus.
Mrs. Wealsey's show down with Bellatrix.

I've got to say, what really surprised me was something that did not happen. I thought all along that Snape was good, and when I was reading the book it made him look like he was bad. I was really confused by that, but he was good in the end

I was surprised at Dudley's reaction to Maybe never seeing Harry again. I always thought that it would be Petunia that made the gesture.

And I was also surprised at Kreacher. That was fantastic.

Same here Melted 4 HP. I was like "Ok, now Harry has to die!!! Urgh" But I guess not.

Another thing that really suprised me was the whole Lilly and Snape thing. Everyone was suprised about that I think. I knew that something about Lilly was going to be relealed, but i didnt think it was going to be that. After I read that whole chapter, I figured out that Snape was my fav. Character. It was so sad when he died.

The whole Dudley thing suprised me, though I knew they were somehow going to talk nicely towards one another. I wish that Petunia would have said, SOMETHING!!! I mean come on, she needed to.

Kreacher was so sweet. I liked him after he became good, especially at the end when he brought all of the house elves and started attacking Death Eaters.

And poor Dobbys death was really sad. And when Hedwig died. I never expected him to die at all, it just didn't occour to me, and then he did and it was very sad.

Hedwig dying, I never saw that coming. Moody's death, so early, and Dobby's death, the way it happened
and
Ron leaving Harry and Hermione
and
Harry not dying when he went into the forest to die. I thought this was a good, surprising twist

i seriously think i'm psycic (sp) because i wasn't surprised that snape was going to love lily. there was just something going on in the horcrux in the 5th book that i felt that there was more behind lily sticking up for snape. i also wasn't surprised that harry was a horcrux.
but i was surprised that she killed off hedwig and dobby. i cried for both of them. i was really upset that she killed off hedwig so fast!!! i thought there would be this whole big fight at the end where the people would die but they pretty much died throughout the book. *tear tear*
i was also surprised about fred dying. i thought it was "weasley twins forever". but i guess not....*pouts*

Some of the deaths were unexpected..
I wasn't expecting Fred to die..
Or Hedwig and Dobby.
The whole Grindelwald and Dumbledore plot suprised me too.
And Bella having a Horcrux in her Gringotts vault! WOW!

Wow...um... While I predicted a few deaths, I wasn't expecting:

-Hedwig's, Moody's, Dobby's, Tonks's, FRED's, Colin's, Crabbe's deaths.

-Dumbledore/Grindelwald plot and how Dumbledore used to be a power-hungry person.

-Ron leaving. I was mortified. That was actually the worst part of the book for me because I love Ron the most, and so to go three chapters without him...but it turned out okay because it really wasn't RON who left...it was like the Horcrux...and he wanted to come back all along, and he saved Harry's life, and he killed the Horcrux, and...I LOVE RON!

-Harry being a Horcrux. I had been convinced that he was not a Horcrux.

-Kreacher's change of character. I knew he'd help with the locket Horcrux, but I always thought he would do it unwillingly.

-The Deathly Hallows concept. I thought the Horcruxes would have been more than sufficient to fill the plotline.

-Dudley's gratitude.

-Snape NOT telling Voldemort himself that he was Dumbledore's man. I knew Snape was good. I knew Dumbledore's death was planned. I knew that Snape loved Lily. I knew Snape would die. But I thought he would let Voldemort know himself that he was not on his side.

This book was full of suprises!
1. So many deaths, Hedwig, Mad-eye, Fred, Tonks and Remus & Snape, totally schocked me!
2. Dumbledore's dark teenage years, he was so different, power-hungry, ambitious, used the dark arts, didn't care about his sister Ariana until one of them killed her! His friendship with the Dark wizard Grinedwald it was really surprising! Dumbledore lied and used people!
3. Harry himself, being a Horcrux!
4. Molly Weasley fighting and killing Bellatrix, which was amazing and unexpected!
5. Tonks and Remus marrying and having a child.
6. The Harry and Dumbledore scene in King's Cross (what was that about?)

the deaths suprised me, but what i think suprised me the most was finding out that Dumbledore wanted Snape to kill him, and it was all part of a plan. i couldn't believe that when i read it!

Hedwigs death really shocked me, i didn't see that coming

Fred's death!! i literally cried and it takes a lot to make me cry, that was totally uncalled for

Tonks and Lupin's death, especially right after Tonks had Teddy

Kreacher was actually being nice

Dumbledore wasn't always good

Snape was so obsessed with Lily that he had the same patronus as her

that Ron, Hermione, and Harry got into a fight and Ron left and didn't come back for weeks

Nagini was like transformed or something to look like Bathilda

Dobby's death, i mean how could Jo do that

and the last thing that shocked me was that technically Voldemort killed Harry, when i read that, my mouth was open in awe, i couldn't believe, but then i was happy again cuz Harry came back!
