From what I can remember:
Things I got right:

Snape was good, would die, killed DD on his say so and was in love with Lily.
Hogwarts would remain open, Harry would go back but not as a student
Wormtail would die
Neville and Luna would play a big part and would survive
Voldie would die
Harry would be in contact with Dumbledore, Sirius and his parents
Harry would sacrifice himself but will survive
RAB was Regulus Black
The trio and Ginny all survive and end up together etc
Lupin will die
Nagini was a Horcrux
That would find out about DD's past and family
Aberforth would be a significant figure and he was the bar man in the Hogs Head
Krum would attend the wedding
Hagrid had Sirius' motorbike
Percy Weasley would come over to the right side

Things I got wrong:

Mad Eye would be the Order's leader and the new DADA teacher
Wormtail would stand up to Voldie
Ollivander was in hiding
Grawp would die
That the final battle would take place somewhere we haven't seen yet
That we would find out about the 3 times harry's parents defied him
That Percy Weasley would die
Hagrid would die (so glad I was wrong)
Harry's scar wasn't a Horcrux (but as soon as I bought the book, without opening it, I knew that he was. I think that was the only bit of the book I was disappointed with)

I was very close on nearly everything. Only two wrongs.

Guessed right:
Dumbledore asked Snape to kill him
Snape was true to Dumbledore
Harry became a Horcrux by accident when V killed Lily
Lupin and a Weasley (probably twin) would die
Wormtail would help Harry and die
Harry would live in the end
Voldie would die
Ron, Hermione, Ginny and Neville would live
Neville would do something heroic
Dobby would return and help Harry
Grawp would feature during the final battle
Draco would help Harry in some way (he didn't identify them at the manor)
They would return to HogwartsThere would be a battle at Hogwarts

Guessed wrong:
I thought Hagrid would die
Oh, and I thought McGonagal would headmaster (but it was Snape. AWESOME!)
sort of wrong: I didn't think Harry would die. Doh!

I didn't predict any other deaths than ones mentioned above. Dobby came as a slight surprise. Hedwig too!

So, the things I was wrong about I was quite happy to be wrong because the book turned out so much better than I had hoped!

There were only three things that I really stuck by that that came true:

* That Snape was a good guy. <3
* That Snape loved Lil’s
* And that some part of Harry would cease to exist but I knew that he himself would not physically die. =D

Voldemort going down, Snape & Lily, Regulus = R.A.B., those were pretty much the ones I stood by and got right.

And I always thought there would be no living Marauder left after book 7 <.<

On the not-really-rallying-for-but-nonetheless-proven-wrong side, I had this hunch that Harry would die. Which he sorta-kinda-maybe did, but yeah, no

I was pretty happy with the predictions I made being right, nonetheless ^^

I don't typically share any of my theories with anyone. When online or speaking of HP in real life, I tend to take both sides and argue for what is right/wrong from both. I'm happy to say that a handful of my predictions came true though. Definitely no where near all, of course, because Jo is brilliant and very tricky

1. Snape and Lily. No, I didn't think that they were best friends, but I definitely thought that there was something between them. I didn't think that they were in love with each other, but I thought that maybe Snape had something for her.
2. Harry was a Horcrux.
3. Snape was actually good in disguise, from everyone except Dumbledore.
4. Hogwarts reopened, and Harry had to return.
5. The Deathly Hallows were objects, not a place, and did have something to do with Godric's Hollow.
6. Harry went to Godric's Hollow.
7. The true locket was the one mentioned in OotP from Grimmauld Place.
8. Draco was misguided and actually good.
7. R.A.B. was Regulus Black.

Now, if you really want me to list everything I got wrong, it would probably take about 500 pages, so I'll skip that part

That Herminoe WOULD kiss my dear ronnikins

4. That Severus loved Lily Potter.
5. That Snape was on the good Side all along.
6. That Dumbledore had planned his own Death.
7. That ,and I don't liek to admit it, The dark Side did not win.
8. That there would be a final battle at Hogwarts.
9. That Neville would be a rather big part in destorying Voldie.
10. That Dobby would help.
11. That Wormtail would die.
12. That a Weasley would die.
13. That Tonks and Remus would Marry
14. That Draco would turn out Good.

Guessed Right:

- Hermione & Ron
- Ginny & Harry
- Kreacher did have the locket [briefly]
- It was, in fact, the locket mentioned in OotP [ Go me - see what happens when you re-read thousands of times? ]
- Harry didn't go back to Hogwarts even though it reopened
- Dumbledore was indeed dead and was not coming back except through his portrait
- Snape was acting on Dumbledore's orders to kill him
- Snape was actually a good d00d!
- A Weasley died
- All the Marauder's died
- Wormtail repayed Harry's debt from PoA
- RAB was Regulas Although it was so obvious so..

Guessed Wrong:

- Harry was a Horcrux [ I don't really like this one.. even though it's true]
- Snape and Lily... although I have to admit - JK actually made me like this one more than I did before even though I'm still totally James & Lily
- Percy came back - I had thought it would never do it! *cheers him on*
- Tonks died
- Fred died
- Kreacher was.. good?! Loved that bit though <3
- I did think Hagrid was gonna die. Suprisingly glad he didn't! *dances and cheers*!

Some of the more important theories that i got right were
-voldemort dieing
-R.A.B.
-harry being a horcrux
-snape liking lily
-snape being with dumbledore, not voldemort
-r/h r/t h/g ships

the one that i had been most surprised about that it was right was Snape liking Lily. I feel sorry for Snape though because Lily's heart was with James, and Snape was like the brother Lily never had, not a lover. But, it's better that way, it'd be weird if Snape was Harry's dad or something. I just wished snape had found someone else once lily died so he wouldn't have to live with the remorse.

A TWIN dying (I cried. I was terrified of this happening, but deep down thought it would)
Percy's Return

Snape being Good - oh yes!
Voldie dying (I think all...if not most of us thought this one)
The Ships

Wrong:
Harry didn't remain dead - doh!
Kreacher
Dobby's death
Tonks death
Lupin's death
The location of the Final Duel

That's all I can think of right now.

I think I did okay with my predictions.

The big things I got right were.

1. Harry's scar was a horcrux -accidentally made by Voldemort the night in Godric's Hollow

2. Snape loved Lily

3. Snape was good.

4. Petunia was refering to Snape when she said "That aweful boy"

5. That Voldemort using Harry's blood was importnat and a mistake in favor of Harry

6. Snape was a spy for the Order and that Dumbledore's death was arranged between Snape and Dumbledore.

7. That an attack would occur during the wedding

8. RAB was Regulus Black and that he used Kreacher to get the locket

9. Deaths - Voldemort, Bellatrix, Lupin, Snape, Wormtail

Things I was way-off on:

1. What the Deathly Hallows were
2. That Percy made up with his family
3. That a twin died and some other deaths
4 That Neville would kill Bellatrix and get revenge for his parents.
5. Where the Horcruxes were
6. That Nagini being a horcrux
7 That Snape would be the new headmaster of Hogwarts
8 That Harry would loose his magical powers
9. That Harry really was Gryffindor's heir

I knew Harry was a horcrux though I fought myself with it thinking he would have to die because of it.
With that said I still believed that Harry had to live.
R/H was a definite thing.
I knew Wormy was going to die but didn't think it was going to be by his own hand literally.
I knew Snape loved Lily but didn't know how deeply he felt it and for how long. Would have never guessed that he was her best friend
I was wrong about Snape. Rowling made him an excellent actor because I thought he was evil thru and thru.
Wow, I would have never thought Dumbledore was a glory seeker.

*The deathly Hallows were the horcruxs
*Neville getting Bella
*Either Ron or Hermione dieing
*Voldemort not dieing, but being trapped in a formless nothingness(worse than dieing)
What I was right about
*Harry talking to Dumbledore's painting in the Headmasters room
*Snape being "good"
*Snape liking Lilly
*Going to Grimwuald place and Godric's Hollow
*A Weasley dieing
And some more right and wrongs I can't think of at the moment.

I predicted about 6 or 7 deaths, but then again I listed off about half of the characters when asked, so...

I was way off with other death guesses (i.e. Harry and/or Ron, Narcissa, Mrs. Weasley...), a few of my "You Must Live" theories were right (like Draco), I was right about R.A.B., Harry being a horcrux, and Snaoe loving Lily.

I was waaaaaaaay off with others such as Snape's loyalties, what the Deathly Hallows were, Harry returning to Hogwarts, etc...

That's about it.

I've always been a terrible guesser when it came to this type of thing though.

Well I guessed right about R.A.B, the ships, that Hogwarts will remain open, that Dumbledore's portrait will play a part on the story, and that Wormtail will die and Snape loved Lily.

But I would never ever guess that: Voldemort will kill Snape, Lupin and Tonks would die, Colin Creevey would die, Fred would die, Dobby would die, and that Scrimgeour would die. Oh and I almost forgot...that Dumbledore was a friend of Grindelwald before.

-Something happening to one of the twins (Injury and death.)
-Harry being a Horocrux
-Ravenclaw Horocrux (Diadem) being in the room with Harry's old potions book
-Draco being good
-Snape being good
-Dumbledore telling Snape to kill him
-Snape having old feelings for Lily
-Snape being a spy for the order
-Remus marrying Tonks
-The Ministry falling
-Nagini being a Horocrux
-Percy coming back
-Bella dying
-Regulus being RAB (It was a bit obvious)
-Final duel at Hogwarts
-Harry having an ancestors with great power or own amazing things
-Harry's wand would break
-That Harry at some point would be able to talk to Sirius, Lily, James and Dumbledore.
-Neville playing a HUGE part in the last war
-Luna's dad (in my mind the editor of the Quibbler) turning his back on Harry as in call someone on him to catch him or something like that.
-Harry having a ransom on his head for escaping Voldie.
-Most of the ships.

I think that's it xD Yeah I guessed a LOT right. Now the wrong.

What I guessed wrong:
-Dobby living
-Kreacher being a stinky bad elf xD
-Whatever else is in the book that I haven't mentioned up cause I'm lazy to write it all xD

Snape being good (a hero, in fact!)
Voldemort dying
Harry being the 7th horcrux
There being a lot more than 2 deaths
Snape loving Lily the whole time

Things I got wrong -
Harry living
Draco living (I thought he would die, too, so glad he didn't!)
What the Deathly Hallows were and the symbol for them - who knew?

I loved the book and am glad it had a happy ending. I am sad about some of the deaths.

Honestly, and my posts prove it, I think I only made one major error - that Harry lives.............wasn't expecting Tonks and Lupin to die though, or have a bairn........that was awful, orphaning a baby after poor Snape being abandoned and Harry and Voldey having no parents!!!

The ending may have been sugary but boy, that was harsh!!

Most of them were, however even then Jo still took things a step further into realms I hadn't considered, which is great because it still left me surprised. I really did not expect Harry to be a Horcrux, or for him to survive.

6.They don't go back to school after HBP

8.Wormtail dies[although not how he dies]
9.Lupin and Tonks get married
10.Bill and Fleur get married
11.A Weasley was gonna die [although I really didn't expect it to be one of the twins]
12.DA would return
13.R.A.B. is Regulus
14.Percy would help out [but not the way i thought]

I got a lot right but I completely got the prophecy wrong.

I thought harry was a horcurx and would have to die for everyone else. (Got right sort of - although I didn't see him come back to life and is a little disappointed that he did.)

And I thought Neville had more to do with the prophecy I thought he'd have to be the one to kill Voldermort. But that wasy WAY off.
