Hogwarts RPG Name: Cassandra Evans | It's strange, i don't know if i love it or if i hate it.
One moment i want to grab the book again and start reading it all over because there where parts in the book that i really loved (i think that it's going to be my favo HP book) and the next moment i never want to lay my eyes on it ever again, because i'm so dissapointed about the ending. |

Hogwarts RPG Name: Professor Zaria Dainsie | It seemed to me a lot more fast paced that previous books. Maybe it's just cause I read it faster than the previous ones though. Hmm. What do you guys think? Seems a lot was crammed into those pages. |

| I thought the first half of the book was a little slow, but it got much better in the second half.
So, I guess, overall, yeah, it was good.. the final battle made up for the slow start. But I don't think I'd call it my favourite book...perhaps a re-read will change my mind though. |

Hogwarts RPG Name: Isabella Hart Ministry RPG Name:
Grace Oliver Diagon Alley | I think it is the best book so far, however, I think I would also like to have seen a few changes.
I thought the beginnins was so fast paced and really set the tone of the rest of the book, however, in the middle, it felt quite slow, I remember thinking that if it carries on like this, everything isn't going to get done. The battle was great, however, I did think that there would be more main characters getting "done-in".
The way that Dumbledore's past and family were explored, it felt like echoing Book 6 when finding out about Voldie's past, I thought that was great and it was what made the book for me! |

| IT WAS AMAZING!!!
EVEN BEYOND AMAZING!!
Just when i thought "omgosh this is the end...NOOO!!" and then i'd realize i had another 300 more pages...stop again...realize again another 200 or so...and continues
The thing that really got me really into it, was the fact that there was no dumbledore to protect them, and they werent at school most of the time, So they were completely on their own, they only had each other
IT WAS GREAT..hehe |

Hogwarts RPG Name: Ambrose Moncrieff Sixth Year | It was an excellent and gripping read, and it's now my favourite book in the series. The only thing I was sorta disappointed about was the epilogue, and Voldemort's death. The ending was too sunny, not bittersweet enough, which is how life is supposed to be.
But oh well, for the greater good... xP |

| I think it's brilliant and a perfect endind though full of sadness as well, because of the deaths...
Now have read it I really feel quite empty. Feelings are split somehow...I feel content, becaue it really is...so extrodonary, but I'm quite sad as well realising that it really was the last book and I'll never going to be having this sensation of reading a new one, with all the adventures and characters. |

Hogwarts RPG Name: Anthony J. Ceithamer Second | J.K., you may never write another HP book at all, but thanks for leaving us with the kids to continue our fan fiction!
I loved the book, utterly and completely. This is the third best book in fiction, It's amazing. (1, Eldest, 2, Eragon). And even though it takes third in best book placement, it takes a tie for number 1 in the ending! IT WAS AWESOME!!!
I can't believe Madeye died so early in the book, and Hedwig, didn't see that one coming. The first good guy to die wasn't even a guy, it was a bird, what's that all about?!?!?!?! And Snape, I really wanted Snape to survive in the end, but I did not have my wish granted.
I loved the scene where the slytherin girl called out to grab Harry, and every single person, not only in gryffindor, but in hufflepuff and ravenclaw as well stood and took his side. It was so amazing and touching, everyone who had ever made fun of Harry or laughed when he said the dark lord was back, or any other time they thought he was an arrogant prick from the daily prophet, is forgiven by me when this happens. They all realize what he's been through, and none of them are going to turn him over, not to the one thing they know he must destroy in the end.
^^^That is my favorite part in the book by far.
The only real disappointment that I had was the final battle between Voldemort and Harry lasted, what, 2 minutes, and there was two spells involved, but that's o.k., I understand it's because of the plot and who the wand must bend its will to.
I was almost seriously ****** at Dumbledore, and I mean seriously. If he would have really been raising Harry to kill him, and he wouldn't have even thought about how he could save him(LIKE TELLING HIM TO GET THE HALLOWS BEFORE DOING IT!!!), I would have never forgiven him. I still don't forgive him, I just might in due time.
I'm not even going to summarize the beginning of the book, it was just so amazing, and crammed. I felt like I had been through five hundred pages and I look down and I go HOLY CRAP, I'm only on page 200. It was crazy, but in a great way, and because of the fact that she didn't have Hogwarts(until the end), she had to write it sort of like how Chris wrote Eragon, which is the same way it makes it my favorite book, so hats off to J.K. for the brilliant move.
Checkmate!
THE BEST HARRY POTTER BOOK EVER!!! |

Hogwarts RPG Name: Sean Davidson | I was loving it to start, but in the middle, kind of dissappointed. Mainly, I didn't like it during the times it was simply harry and hermione camping out and barely figuring anything out. The last chapters, however, were amazing!! I'll be honest, I cried at some of the deaths, the first time I've ever cried in an HP book, I cried about 3 times....yeah.
When the last chapter (not including the epilogue) ended, I thought there was going to be one more after it and when it went straight to the epilogue, i was like, "oh, it's ended," and was upset. i think she didn't do some characters justice in how they died. i didn't like that we thought some people were fine and then all of a sudden, "Harry sees them dead on the ground" and then just moved along. I was ticked at that. I would have liked perhaps a tiny battle scene and had one die. There was no epic battles except LV vs Harry. I was hoping to read about a huge battle between neville and bellatrix, fenrir and remus, but no. at least there was molly's sweet battle.
Let me say, Neville's Grandmother is the coolest character I have ever read about since the twins! She is awesome! |

Georgia Mayes Accidents & Catastrophes | This book has hurt me so much. But I love it. I know when I stop feeling sad, (maybe that's an IF) I'll love the story best, because it was beautifully told. I don't believe in ignoring details you don't like, so people DID die, whether I like the story or not and I'm so sad about that. But I DO like the story, and that makes it easier to accept, if she knocked them all off by using a terrible plot device I'd resent the deaths I think. But, the story was good. The events are sad, and the fact that it's over... well that's even worse. But I loved this book. |

Hogwarts RPG Name: Michelle Von Strausborg None | I didn't care for it much at all... I thought it was too predictable in many ways and I didn't like how all the books lead up to this final battle between Harry and Voldy and then Voldy ended up killing himself... Harry didn't even expose him as a half-blood. To me it felt like Jo just wanted to get it done and over with, especially in the epilogue. |

Best book in the series. My new favorite, which is really saying something considering I've had the third book as my favorite since I was in 6th grade.
(7 years!) So many plots turns, she brought almost everything full circle. Loved it, re-reading it as we speak |

| I feel like a traitor now I'm about to say what I think............. I hated it. I have waited so long for this, so long that on Thursday night I bearly slept a wink imagining who was going to die, would Snape be a good bloke, would Dumbledore ressurect himself, would Ron die saving Hermione, would Draco be a yellow bellied chicken, would Bellatrix and Voldey fall in love and have babies................. I could go on but I won't. It was by far the worst book of the series. For 20 chapters I was yearning for something to happen, for some twist or occurence to make me sit up and start thinking about what was happening. Nothing, until half way through the book, and then it was so rushed I had to re-read some of it!!!! As for the end? JK had second thoughts and let Harry live, of that I'm sure. And the 2 deaths that were so heavily publicised? Just terrible, it was like she sacrificed them to save Harry. The only good thing to come out of this book is that I predicted everything, even down to Fred, but I was wrong about Harry. I cried, I'll admit that!! As Harry fares up to Voldey, his bravery and courage was wonderfully transferred onto the pages, it was like the graveyard chapter in GOF, so evocative and moving, I couldn't help but think it was the end...........I wish it had've been!!! I also loved the way JK developed the relationship between Hermione and Harry and the internal struggles that they both endured. All in all, I'm disappointed. I know it sounds ridiculous, but I can't let Harry go, and that's what I needed from this book, to have an end and to say goodbye, I feel robbed of that. I'll always be wondering if he'll be back, if Voldemort will be back..................
