Only twice, once in NYC and then at the Midnight Premiere in Florida. I never had the chance to go back and see it before it left the theater here, unfortunately, especially with so many movies coming out that I wanted to see, as well.

I've seen it once so far, in the theater, but since I got the DVD yesterday I hope to watch it again today, and hopefully Thursday with some friends.
