Buuut my favorite quote... if we're just going on the ones that were in either of the two movies but weren't in the book, I'd have to say my favorite is the "You have your mother's eyes" line that they added as Snape's last words. I was already crying watching that scene, but I completely lost it when he said that.
From DH1, I still absolutely adore Dobby's "Dobby never meant to kill! Dobby only meant to maim or seriously injure." That cracks me up every time
