I just read the review of Love's Labours Lost in the news thread.
I'm so glad it has been well received!
David is a fantastic actor,but since he took over the role of DW it could have been easy for people to see him as only that.The fact that he is now doing 2 Shakespeare plays,that have gone down very well with the critics,means new fans (from Who) can see him in a different light.
Mind you I don't know how he is managing to do both at the same time...he must be exhausted!  | |

I can't wait to see the Christmas episode preview on Children in Need. It should be really awesome, though annoying that we can't see the whole thing until December as well. Be interesting to see where it is set, like the time period and if it'll follow past specials and be set on Earth. I'm still intrigued by the title as well...

i am still in a little bit of shock to be honest that David is leaving who, i thought he would stay for series 5 but alas it was not to be.

it had to happen some time. but i have been a fan of his long before he became the doctor and it isnt as if we have nothing to look forward to. He has einstein and eddington very soon, christmas who and then 4 specials and other things im sure in the pope work this isnt the end ;-)

he has been a baddie many times especialy in secret smile! but i think this is either allowing him to pay his bills (which i doubt) he is a work aholic so he may have just wanted to work. or he just wanted something as afar away from the doctor as possible

Well Barty jr. was also a bad guy. But he was a funny guy, too. I bet this Pomfrey is more serious character. Some people think that comedy is easy even it isn´t, but you get more credit from "real" roles. Ambitious, he might be?
