Here is the deal! Welcome to the DRFC or if you're already a member welcome back! The normal rules is to be respected here as well as the of the site please... Just because this is the DRFC it doesn't mean we've gone soft... just a little... but any braking of the rules and we'll tell on you! Yes to both.  Just copy and paste the URL from you own Photobucket account and yes anyone may post pictures.
