Deeps gave the idea of a discussion where we could talk about what Dan's like when he's at home: naughty or calm.

He's an assorted personality. He can be a lot of naughty as well as calm. But afterall it's his home, so naturally the percentage of naughitness could be morethan calmeness. He has every right to do any pranks at his home.

yeah, I agree with Mathi as he is very calm and composed outside he'll show all his pranks in his house (especially to his mom ).Afterall he is too a tennager like most of us.

well,i think he's a real trickster at home.he plays pranks.like he does on emma.
i heard emma plays pranks too,she said but not as good as dan!
he's good natured n prob spends lots of time head banging 2 rock music etc.

I think he's both naughty and calm, I think that he's like most people and has a good balance. I doubt that all he does at home is prank people, or is a total air-head, but I think that he probably sleeps most of the time because he's always working.

I'm sure he's both. He, I'm sure, like everyone makes mistakes and all that. He does his own thing...

Haha, so I personally think it has a lot to do with his personality. My mom always told me that your family, of all people, should be the ones who know the real you and understand you. So, whether he's naughty or nice, I just hope that he's really comfortable with them.

I think that he would just be himself at home. Crazy, weird, funny, etc. Just himself when it is with him family and people who have known him for ages

I think he was a little of both. Than again we all are a little of both at times.

I mean, caue we are fans, we probably can't see him as a totally normal person, and even if we do, why are we thinking aobut someone whom most of us haven't met?

That's very true. I mean interviews will only show you so much of a person. Even if the celebrity is honest, they won't let you know everything about them. And everyone has their moods so even if you do meet them they might be acting in a way they don't normally do. Sorry if I'm not making much sense, I'm not feeling so good right now. What I mean is that we only see a part of the person, not how they are with their friends and family. I'll admit that I get really caught up with different celebrities at different times and will watch and read a lot of their interviews, but I always keep in mind that you are a lot of the time just seeing a public persona and that they have a private one as well. Though of course there are plenty of celebs who don't have much of a persona.

We only see that side of Dan that he wants to show, so we base all our current knowledge on that

I think he is just a normal teenager like us all. He dose have an iPod. I read that somewhere he was listing to a song on it when he finished reading DH and at the end he was listing to a song that was perfect for the moment. But I think he is just as normal as all of us can be. I don't think he changes for anything not even in interviews. Heck he still acts nervouse when asked questions he gets nevrouse its cute.

Like right now I'm doing the following:: playing on SS, checking e-mail, watching a movie, listening to music, working a school project, trying to learn lyrics to this song, watching my brother, and eating.

I agree. I think he's jsut a normal teenager doing fun stuff and just enjoying his time away from shooting films.
