First of all, I changed the thread's name in order to follow the new FC's rules.
Anyway, onto the topic, I believe that Dan is definitely going to keep acting as much as he can for as long as possible but also believe that he's going to do a bit of directing and such. In fact, I think he mentioned it in an interview some time ago, but then again, I could be imagining things again XD

As per Dan's statement in so many interviews he'll continue his acting. But he said that he's writing so many scripts and much interested in Direction too. So probably after 10 years or so We can see Our beloved Daniel as a Director

Yeah, I believe so. Dan has so himself that he would love to continue acting. Besides he's gotten brilliant reviews for Equus, I'm sure he wouldn't want to dissappoint fans to stop since he's at his peak now...and I'm sure he will be later.
^If he does do directing, Im sure he'll do great. But I'd love to seen hom to small indie/independant movies...

Oooh! He's writing scripts? :O I didn't know that! I just knew he liked to write poetry, but I didn't know he actually wrote scripts! Well, I'd love to see what kind of films he'd make *daydreams* It would be funny if he directed and acted in one wouldn't it?  Though I guess he would have too much pressure on his shoulders :/

I think that he will contuine to act in my oppion. He has shown the world that he can be more the HP and is capable of doing it. As for directing. I think he might dip into that. He would be a good directior also.

I sure that Da will continue to act but i'm not sure he'll become a director.Maybe if his mind changes he may direct a film.But he should not leave acting (i wish).Anything and whatever he does I like Dan and everyone will =D

I really hope he DOES continue to act because, apart from the fact that i think he is totally hot, i also think he is a really good actor. I think he might continue a bit but, i remember him saying that he wanted to become a director so i can also see him doing that.

I think he'll stay as an actor. However, maybe when he's in his thirtys or something, he'll want to branch out and become a director like Ron Howard (at least I think that's the guy I'm thinking of). Either way, he seems to enjoy the business and I think that he'll want to stay with it as career.
