Welcome to the DA activity Area I thought a lot and finally I got this idea..why not have an activity area.. 
Here I will post challenges and activities for all mebers to participate in.
In this thread you may post all you comments, queries and thoughts about the challenges and remember to have fun. 
This thread will now be 'modded' by our famous DA activity officer, me!!! 
Rules: All SS rules apply here. Please don't double post(though I will be doing some of that! ) PM your answers to me,Harry Riddle Each puzzle will be of ten points..the first 3 people to PM me the correct answer get 10..the next 3 get 9 points and so on.. For each wrong answer,a point will be deducted..so..its not that tough I will announce a winner..when I run out of puzzles.. Have a lot of fun and enjoy yourself  Please help and make this a success..
The 1st puzzle will be posted within a few seconds/minutes/hours/days ..so..please be patient

Tutshill Tornados Fan 9. Half-blood Irish Boy Down 1. (twin) ravenclaw prefect 2. Hufflepuff Prefect 3. black boy with dreadlocks 4. keen on divination 5. muggle-born genius Rules: 1.) The clues are for the names of the DA members 2.) Only first names of 10 DA members are included. 3.) nope..challenge#1 with a challenge.. ..its like one round and one challenge
and THEN round 2 with ANOTHER puzzle..but not like this..its different..i've made 3 rounds and three challenges already till now..and the duration for each will keep getting lesser..

Challenge 1 Ok..the rules for the challenges will be a little different from the puzzles..and also..if I haven't mentioned there will be three winners in the end..one puzzle winner..one challenge winner..and one total winner..so..back to the challenge..
In challenges,points will not be out of ten.They will depend on your answers.. In this challenge all you have to do is take four DA member names and from each letter write item names from the first name,creatures from second,spells from the third and names(of DA members) from the fourth..(and you can repeat names in the fourth one)..for e.g. Items: Quote: Cho
C - Chocolate frogs
H - Hand of glory
O - Omnioculars
Creatures: Quote: Ron
R - Rat
O - Owl
N - Niffler
Spells: Quote: Dean
D - Diffindo
E - Expelliarmus
A - Avada Kedavra
N - Nox
DA Members: Quote: Fred
F - Fred
R - Ron
E - Ernie
D - Dean
Quote: 1 points for each word so, total score = 14 points so..the more letters you choose..the more points you get..Now..the tricky part is that you cannot use names with less than 5 letters..so..choose your 4 names from here:
Hannah, Lavender, Katie, Susan, Terry, Michael, Colin, Dennis, Marietta, Justin, Seamus, Anthony, Hermione, Angelina, Neville, Ernie, Padma, Parvati, Harry, Zacharias, Alicia, George, Ginny
So..minimum score is 20 and maximum is 33..so..suit yourself..and best of luck..due date:
Sunday, 4th March 2007, 11.59 pm GMT

I hope I did alright although I chose two related names rather than DA member names to use for the main. It this isn't acceptable at all, I will change them and resubmit, but I used them for their length.
