My name is Michele (on birth cert), but I am also a Native American with the name Tatewin (Ta tay ween) which means "Wind, and/or "Weather Woman", which really fits me because I am a National Weather Service trained spotter for severe weather. I am a former journalist who is working on my first book, and I absolutely love to write.
I live in eastern Iowa right on the Mississippi River, but I was born and raised in Nebraska. I just might be the oldest member on this site, as I am a grandmother four times over. My youngest grandchild is five, and the oldest is 16. Two boys are in the middle at 8 and 9-years old. I must say that Harry Potter helped me alot when I was going through several horrible experiences over this past year, the loss of a beloved job, my aunt, and both of my parents, and my best friend's sister. The fantasy help keep me sane throughout everything by giving me a safe refuge from all the stress.

Just like most of you here I am a huge fan of the Harry Potter book series. I bet that when JK wrote them she did not expect this kind of reaction. Because of the people here at SS I have become a better friend a better person and a better writer.

My name is hannah! i'm 14 (soon to be 15!! *squee!*) And i feel very very guilty at the moment *hides* i guess i was excepted into the DA ages ago.. but i didn't realize it untill recently!! So i haven't been on much- but that'll change now!

My interests are- of course- Harry Potter! I spend most of my time on ss rping, but you don't really get to know people through that so i think this will be cool. I love to read and write now i'm co-writing a book with my friend. I love to sing and i've played the piano for about 3 years.
