Tis the most romantic season of all, and it makes our minds wander to what Valentine's Day is like for the Death Eaters. Well, let's have some fun with that theme and get some valentines written that would be suitable for the Death Eaters themselves!

Here are the guidelines - Simply write a valentine message that would be either from a Death Eater to another Death Eater, from a Death Eater to someone else, or from a non-Death Eater to a Death Eater (the choice is yours!) Make sure that your message is at least two sentences long and no more than 15 sentences long, and your message does not have to rhyme (although it certainly can!) We are looking for the most clever entry of all so that we can award you with a most awesome prize, so let's see what you can do! Please post your entry here by the deadline of Saturday, February 16th. The winner will be announced by Wednesday, February 20th at which time they will receive their surprise!

Need an example? Well, thankfully Rodolphus Lestrange has provided one for us:

Just a note: This thread is moderated in such a way that when you post your Valentine, none of the other members will be able to view it. This has been done in order to keep the contest fair, so don't worry about any one else stealing your ideas because they can't see them to take them!

Once the contest is closed on Feb. 16th, I will approve all the posts to be viewed by the members so you all can enjoy each other's efforts while we (your FC co-pressies, VP, and myself) deliberate on the winner!

Greetings again! In an effort to keep up the excitement about this fun Valentine's contest and to show you all just how talented your co-presidents and sponsors are (*wink wink*), we have written our own Valentines fitting the criteria for the contest! (Although they obviously won't be actual entries in the contest. After all, WE'RE the judges! That would be a bit unfair, no? LoL!)

In addition to the example I wrote in the first post (I mean... RODOLPHUS wrote

), I've added a couple two-liners to show you all that participating doesn't take a lot of time and yet it is still fun and snappy! I literally came up with these two liners on the spot in about 1 minute - I'm sure all of you are capable of that so why not give it a shot?

Examples:

For you, my Lord, on Valentine's Day,
I'd gladly give my other hand away.

To Wormtail, From Voldemort:
You're weak and pathetic and have no spine,
But you proved yourself useful, my Valentine.

Or perhaps you like something clever of moderate length? Well, Linda's written lovely examples of what that type of Valentine might look like:

It's a well known fact around her that Draco's wife gets mad that Pansy still sends Draco valentines and you would to if you got an owl with this written on it:
