*Andriel smiled*

So what do you want to do now?

Kristi, managing to slip past Draco, walked into the girls' dormitory and over to her bed in the far corner of the room, glancing at Marce and Andriel on her way.

*Draco waved bye to his sister and walked to the dormitory wondering, why everybody avoided him except Andriel and Cassie.*

Hello Marcie.

*Draco said*

What are you doing here?

Left a book, eh? Maybe you came down here to meet me?

*He smirked*

Pitty...Now Im going to bed. See ya soon.

"Why does Marcella hate me?" Cassie thought, saying it aloud at the same time. "I mean, it's not like I don't hate her too, but..." Cassie lay down on her bed. She looked up when she heard a hoot, and saw her owl. The owl had her Father's reply tied to its leg. Cassie gulped, dreading his answer and wondering whether the Dark Lord had spoken to him yet. Cassie slowly unrolled the parchment. There were three words scribbled onto the parchment:

You are dead.

Kristi reached under her bed and brought out her cauldron. She threw in some ingredients and a roll of parchment onto which she had written her notes for the potion she was going to brew. Checking to be sure she had locked her trunk properly, she walked out of the dorm, trying to figure out where to brew her potion, and where to get the last few not-quite-so-legal-for-students ingredients.

"That's not cool." Cassie said. "Figures." she tucked the parchment into her pocket and went down the stairs back towards the common room. She froze. There was Marcella Riddle. Cassie weighed her options. She could go back to the dorms, or she could go down to the common room anyway.
I have every right she does for being in the common room Cassie thought. Shrugging, she went and sat down in a vacant chair. She pulled out the letter from her father and a quill, trying to figure out what she should write. Cassie had a feeling that this wasn't the time for, as Draco put it, one of her snide remarks. Cassie stole a glance at Marcella, and then went back to her letter.

Kristi stepped into the common room and saw Marcella and Cassie sitting in chairs. Surprised that they were in the same room without going after one another, Kristi decided to take the chair in between and do a little more plotting before heading out.

Hoping to intervene on Cassie behalf, Kristi boldly decided to speak, "Hello, Marcella. I didn't see you there. How are you?"

"What's that you're reading?"

Kristi knew she would regret this, but now that she had started, she actually enjoyed talking with people...

"Hmm... that sounds incredibly interesting. Did you get it from the library?"

"No it's not, thank god." Cassie said, looking down on at her Father's signature with distaste.
