Remus' immediate response to the questioning was, "The less you know the better." But he knew that wouldn't stop them for nagging him, he knew Sirius would get it out of him somehow, and he knew he was not up to it. He sighed and added, "Guess you can know that the, umh, order business is going quite well. At least the giants aren't attacking us, as the negociations almost finished... who would have thought it would take this long... yet I can say the same of the trolls. The Aurors have been sparing us the work by Oblivating most of the muggles for us after the information from the WWN found the wrong ears - they are still trying to figure out how did the muggles radio and ours just got mixed. We can't have them all. Luckily they won't believe a thing about a "dark lord" and the "dead eaters", just think it is a soup opera. The wizarding newspapers on the other hand have gone mad ever since finding the body of the kid and even though Dumbledore asked for the re-trail of Severus Snape, it's twice more difficult now.... Oh and Harry and the kids seems to be going alright, they don't know anything about the Snape bussiness up to know, but they are suspectful, as expected."

He took a deep breath. "I hope that suffices as news." He looked uneasily, hoping he really didn't have said too much. "We will have to wait Dumbledore to act and tell us further. Oh that reminds me, he also requested that we were extra careful with Kristie, knowing her state and history. But you already knew that, Sirius."

Yawning extravagantly, Marcella awoke and was alarmed to find that it was already 4pm. Looking around her she noticed Kristi and Nick had gone, no doubt to have some alone time which they more than deserved.

Hurriedly getting dressed, pulling on some purple and black sock, choosing to wear black buckled boots with a vest top and a knee length skirt, she lazily strolled down the stairs, dragging her heels as she went.

Kristi ignored his awkwardness but, couldn't resist responding to his final statements. "You know, if you're up to talking like that, perhaps this little maid doesn't need to nurse you back to health," she said, opening the door to his room. "But, fortunately for you, I'm actually wanting some company right now."

"You want company?" he said, stumbling into the room, falling haphazardly on the bed in a sitting position, holding onto her by the sides. "Well then, maybe you should leave. After all, you shouldn't be here selfishly and entertaining you well, as much as I'd enjoy it, I'd probably wear you out."

"I wouldn't be so sure about that," she smirked. "But, seriously, you need to rest that head of yours and I want to consult some books about head wounds." Kristi placed her hands on either side of his head and gave the top of it a quick kiss.

"Books..." he sighed, dramatically. "I've been replaced by books.." he shook his head in mock disappointment and climbed into the bed all the same, knowing she meant well.

Barily bothering to lift her legs as she walked, she scuffed her feet along the wooden floorboard as she approached the kitchen and placed the filled kettle onto the lit stove. Sitting on the worktop, swinging her legs, she could just about see Sirius, Tonks and Lupin in the other room, if she squinted. In half a mind to disrupt them, she watched the group intently while waiting for the kettle to boil.

'So, business as usual at the Order then,' said Tonks somewhat dissappointed. It had only been a few days since they'd left, but somehow Tonks had been hoping for more exciting news than that.
'How is Snape? Any news on how he's holding up?' she asked, standing up and walking back towards the kitchen.

Kristi laughed and pulled a blanket over Nick before sitting down on the edge of the bed. "Yes, I've replaced you with books," she replied, pausing for a moment as she thought about it. "You know, I don't think that's quite accurate. I think you are the one that has replaced the books; it's just that they will prove quite useful right about now. They're only just throught he door in my bedroom, it's not like I'll be going that far or for that long. I can just come back in here and read."

As she saw Tonks approach the Kitchen, Marce hopped down and busied herself with cups - it was her way of escaping attention. It didn`t always work and it probably wouldn't now seeing as none of them had seen her since the morning previous but she could hope and try.

Pouring the now boiling water into mugs with leaves swirling at the bottom, she tucked a piece of hair behind her ear, so as to hear better if they did say anything about her or to her.

"Don't worry Kristi. You take as long as you want. I feel a bit light headed anyways and well, with you in the room I'd get no rest. My mind would be playing me up, not to mention anything else." he grinned before hacking madly, a deep cough rising from his chest. He laid his hand on hers, gave it a small squeeze and smiled at her reassuringly.

She looked down at him a bit worried but, at least he was still making rude jokes which was reassuring. Kristi forced a smile, squeezed his hand back, and got up from the bed, walking toward her room. When she got there, she scoured her shelves looking for the right book and went back to sit with Nick as soon as she found it. "See... it didn't take long at all. But, you can stay resting because I still have to look through it."

He could do nothing but obey her rules and so fiddled with the ends of the quilt as he waited for her to return, his mind wandering into the unknown.

She flipped through the pages and came across another potion which might help a little more than what she had given him last night. "I'll be right back," she said before rushing down to the basement.

Luckily, she didn't have to waste time brewing it as there was a vial of the potion on the shelf already. Judging by the date, it had been there for a couple years but, after consulting the book, she determined it should have retained its potency. Kristi climbed back up the stairs, carrying the small vial of thick, purple, potion which she was sure would smell awful. "I found something that should help the pain in your head," she said. "Unfortunately, I'm not sure if you'll be able to keep it down because it really stinks."

"Does it say anything about how to take it? Couldn't you stick it in a cup of tea or something...?" he asked, squirming at the look of the liquid within the vial.

"Unfortunately, no. But, the up side is, you only need two drops and I can try and get them directly down your throat, hopefully so it doesn't touch your tongue," she said, taking a dropper and placing it in the vial. She looked at the potion in the dropper quizzically as she pulled it back up.

Tonks, still listening for Remus' answer, pushed open the door and walked into the kitchen. Marcella was standing there, making tea it seemed.
'Oh, eh hi Marcella,' she said, loudly enough so the others would hear. 'Was just going to make some tea myself. So how did you sleep?' she asked, silently praying that Marcella hadn't overheard the conversation.

He nodded his head in understanding and tilted his head back, shifting his tongue to the side of his mouth in order to aid her.

"Like a log.." she said, giving a short laugh, her back to Tonks, she continued to stir the tea with the spoon in her hand. "Went upstairs and went out like a light. I don`t suppose you three slept much?" she wondered, knowing they'd either be with Tonks or just behind her.

Remus what about to respond, a quite tired-er look on his face, when Tonks, turning to the kitchen, said out loud the name of the Marcella. That startled him into almost falling down to the floor. Probably, the lack of sleep wasn't helping, he moved to the right to find the face of one exahusted Marcella. He could only mutter an "oh". OK, that was quite witty of you, Remus, his mind kicked as he shook himself awake.

"I didn't know you were awake already," he said rather clumsily. "We were just talking about random things, join us any minute." Remus offered a chair, and then took seat as well. Once sat and glad he hadn't said what he was about to before Tonks found Marcella, he took the cup of coffee and poured some in his mug.

"Myself, I slept ok," he lied. "Had strange dreams about Bagman running for Minister of Magic. Chaotic, there were Goblins everywhere, voting for him and saying at last he would be able to pay his bills. Thanks Merlin it was just a dream." He laughed openly. He purposely didn't mention the part of the dream where Dementors started chacing after him, on a full moon, and his werewolf part killed them only to find out they were humans in cloaks, and it turned into a nightmare. A recurring dream he had.

"So... what are the activities for the day?" he switched subjects. "I was hoping we would have something else to do than being prisoners in here all day. What about Quidditch? We are in a quite secluded place so it wouldn't be a problem." He said with a smile and a jovial attitude.

Marcella sat in the offered chair, mug of tea clasped tightly between her hands. She tried to smile but it came out all wrong. So, instead, she settled for a look of neutral interest.

She probably should've found Lupin's dream funny, it sounded it but she had nothing to relate it to, "Having spent most my life in Norway, either here or at the orphanage, I really wouldn't know anything about British magical politics so any joke in your dream goes straight over my small head."

Crossing her purple and black legs, she sighed heavily

"Quidditch?" she questioned, with raised eyebrows. "When Snape and I were here together I was lucky if he allowed me to paddle in the pond. Besides, it's hardly a suitable idea. Nick is still laid up in bed suffering with a bad head and Kristi naturally wants to Nurse him. As far as I know, she has no love for the sport.." though she could not mention herself. She knew deep down she'd probably enjoy a game of quidditch, especially beating, that might take out her frustration. But she couldn't be selfish, she had to think of Snape, Kristi and Nick; her family.

'Maybe quidditch is a bit much,' agreed Tonks dissappointed. 'But a bit of a fly about shouldn't do too much harm.' She looked around the others, hoping they'd agree. The thought of getting out of the house was just too inticing.

"Ah, no matter, it was silly anyway," Remus said smiling. "I'm not a fan of politics either."

"Oh," Remus said hearing what else Marcella had to say, and then at Tonks' words. His eyes softened and he chuckled, smiling warmly. "It does sound like Severus, always one to be indoors," he said, "but that's not completely healthy a thing; Sun is much necessary for life. You have to take care of yourself."

He pondered, "I agree Nick can't do no sport right now." He frowned but decided showing not showing a worried face right now. "Guess he could referee us until he feels better, no? It's your choice of course, we can ask Kristy and Nick for their opinion later."

He sipped on his coffee. "Which remind me, what's for dinner?" he asked raiseing an eyebrow at Sirius, suspecting he had taken his words out from his head by the look of it.

She placed a hand under his chin to steady it as she placed to drops int he back of his mouth. She made a face, as if she could taste it herself. "How is it?" she asked, getting ready to get out of the way, if she had to.

"He did take care of me.." she stared at him defiantly. "Besides, at the time we were on the run from my father, not to mention the Ministry. The outdoors wasn't safe then, he was only doing his job.." she snarled, detesting the way these people seemed to want to bad mouth Severus every chance they got.

"Nick's in bed, he's still in a bad way. I don't even think he can sit up. He and Kristi are so close...she wont leave his side until he's better....she's lovingly devoted...just likeher father..." she whimpered, her head hung, limp tears clinging to brittle eyelashes.

She ignored his words about Dinner, she couldn't think of food. For one she had just gotten up, despite heading toward late afternoon. For another, food did not bring her pleasure. She was lucky if she could keep the stuff down. Instead she sat staring hard at the floor, trying her best not to cry.

"Disgusting!" he spat, half of what she'd give him dribbling his chin or else shotting onto the quilt. "I'd rather be in pain than take that!" he said, feeling as if he should perhaps cover his mouth with his hand to prevent her from trying to give him anymore.

Sirius has to try hard not to laugh out loud. He is so enjoying watching someone else getting told off by Marcella. Although he had to agree with her, there is no way any of them can be too active outside. It definitely wouldn't be safe. Again she keeps going on about Snivilleus. Sirius was going to have to remember to ask Remus about them. Maybe he's heard something at headquarters that might help to explain Marcella's obvious devotion to Snape. It borders on the obsessive. Sirius agrees with Tonks. Someone should go and check on Nick. Moody was pretty rough with him. No telling what kind of injuries the boy may have. "I saw Krisitie sneak down to the basement a few moments ago. She seemed to be carrying a couple of books and a vial of some kind of liquid when she went back upstairs. I'm not too hungry right now either, so I'll go upstairs and check on them. Maybe I can stay with Nick for a while and let Kristie get something to eat if she like."

She looked up only as Sirius spoke, stared him straight in the eyes and told him, "She wont come down. She wont leave Nick's side. It's a hopeless cause. If you want to help, take food up to her." she suggested, wipping her cheek roughly, the insinuation being he probably wouldn't help at all.
