*backs away from the dangerous looking person* Er... maybe I ought to explain. I'm the Random Rescuer. I found that you were in need of Quiditch players... So... *pulls out a chunk of jello and throws it against the wall. A very confused, but good looking guy falls to the floor* This is a star Quiditch player. Have a nice day. *gathers up remaining jello and leaves quickly.*

Jay listens intently to Day and Wyn's conversation, "they know I'm the Gryffindor captain and keeper", he thinks to himself, "why don't they ask me?" Jay figures it's probably best not to mention his summer, since it sounded like Day's was worse, although he probably would've enjoyed some company even if it was the Malfoys.

*Leigh walks back into the car with her food in hand and sits back down*"Whats going on in here?"she asks.

Day shrugged her shoulders. "Just thought I'd see what the sympathizers were up to. Anyway, about this intramural Quidditch league, we should probably get a list of Slytherins who want to be involved and what positions they play."

Day extracted a journal, quill, and ink from her robes. She opened the journal and a worn piece of parchement fell out. It fluttered to the floor and landed face up to reveal that it was the front page of an issue of The Daily Prophet. There was a picture of an angry looking wizard and the headline read:

ROSIER TAKES A PIECE OF MOODY WITH HIM
Evan Rosier, believed to be a member of You-Know-Who's inner circle of Death Eaters, was killed while resisting arrest during a raid on his home last night. Rosier put up a tremendous fight, taking out several ministry officials. Among them was the infamous Alastor Moody, Auror, who suffered the loss of a rather large peice of his nose. Moody is currently being treated at St. Mungo's Hospital for....

....Rosier is survived by his wife and two-year-old daughter.

"So, Wyn, what position do you play?" Day asked, oblivious to the fact that her clipping had fallen out of her journal and lay open on the floor for anyone to see.

Jay was brought back from his wishing by the mention of Quidditch and looked towards Wyn and Day in time to notice a torn piece of parchment fall out of her journal, it looked to have a face of someone on it, Jay thought he recognized it but wasn't sure why she would ever keep it....."um Day," he said, "I think you may have dropped something" he motioned towards the floor of the car, several of the others stopped their conversations to look towards the paper laying face up at their feet.

Jay is startled by Day's abrupt departure, "Day wait a minute," he shouts, "what is it, who's that person in the picture?" Jay looks over to Wyn, "what was that all about?"

Jay looks to Wyn, "who was that photo of, you said something about Day's father", he asked her "why would she be carrying around of picture of him?"
