I imagine Teddy to have the Tonk's face. You know, the nose, the sparkly eyes and then heart shaped face. And the hair...OBVIOUSLY! But I think he might have had a touch of Remus in him as well Wolfishness

Victoire obviously has her mother's looks, but her dad's flare. She has to have the silvery hair and the beautiful looks, with that veela grace and long limbs. But I think she would have the Weasley humour

Oooh! What I pictured of Teddy and Victoire are a mixture of both of these ideas!

Teddy-Tonk's hair and face...and I don't know why but I picture him with few and unnoticable scars on his face [maybe because Remus had scars...] and I bet he'd have Remus' eyes...and his father's trouble-making side! Tonk's spunk would definitely be in there...and I think he'd be macho, yet caring....


Victoire-she would definitely be very eye-catching like her mom...long silky, silvery-blonde hair. Very delicate and a killer smile! She would be very elegant and yes! the Weasley sense of humor is definitely there! I think Fleur would want her to take ballet which Bill would agree as long as she can play Quidditch too!

okay, I guess we can move on to a new topic...how about Teddy and his parents...obviously he'd want to know them a bit more...Harry would probably tell him a lot since Harry is his godfather. and his grandma Dromeda would have probably told him stories of his parents before bed or something...


realization-yeah we all know that Teddy is kinda like Harry because of the whole orphaned and has a godfather thing...but he sorta is kinda like Neville [who could have been the other chosen one...] too because he lives with his grandmother...

I agree, i think he will probially know so much about his parents. I mean they have memories, in the pensive to visit. They have god fathers, and the weasleys, his grandmother, friends, and family of Remus and tonks. There are so many people for him to look to as family.

He probially knows more about his family, than harry does of his.

And you are right he is alot like neville. in a way. With the grandmother thing, and both his parents were killed by bellatrix.

Yes, Teddy was more fortunate than Harry in a way simply because he didn't grow up in the same environment as Harry did, there were plenty of people around who knew his parents well and were there to tell him stories about them so he at least had an idea what they were like. Still, I'm sure he would have loved to have had the chance to know them personally, that's something every child wants and doesn't really make up for the fact that the memories were there and the people who knew them.

Yes, I do see the similarities with Neville, also. Good point!

Honestly I think Teddy was much better off than Harry though. I mean - Harry had his Godfather but only for like two years and Remus but Remus wasn't around a lot and he didn't even meet him until he was like 13. Then he had Dumbledore too but again.. for only about six years and their time together was limited. And then they were the Dursley's Could one ever have worse relatives?

You then have Teddy on the other hand. His grandmother was still alive at least in his first few infant/toddler years. He then had Harry and Ron as sort of sub-fathers and Hermione and Ginny too. I'm sure the rest of the Weasley clan watched over him as well - Bill, Mr. & Mrs. Weasley. And then there were Harry and Ginny's children as well as Ron and Hermione's children and then of course Bill and Fluer's children

So. Situation like Harry? Yes but how it ended and worked out was extremely different

Teddy has no proper family like Harry, but he does have his Grandma and the people he lives with all love him because he's lurvly... *pets* and he has friends, which is something Harry Dearest didn't

Yeah, Teddy was more fortunate than Harry...although Harry knew his parents till he was one and Teddy only had a few days...weeks maybe to be with his parents, he can still know a lot about them because of this huge "extended family" he has. plus the Weasley clan...there are 6 Weasleys, and if we assume that they all married, well, Ted has a lot of friends, then!

He's surrounded by people who really care for him unlike Harry who was treated like a maid or something...and since he doesn't really live that far away from the Weasleys, I bet they're really close [especially with Victoire!!xD] and Luna doesn't live far from there either so he can learn lots about creatures from her...


So basically, Teddy's pretty lucky!

Yes, Teddy has many people who love him. In that respect, he was far more fortunate than Harry.

I knew there were gonna be deaths in DH (at least two), but there were, what? A dozen or so? Lupin, Tonks, Fred and Snape were really, really hard to take, I honestly don't know if all the deaths were necessary, except maybe to show that war is bad, and random. But I'm getting off topic (sorry!)

I agree, Tonks and Lupin hit me the hardest then snape, then fred, then some of the others fell into line. It was horried, and in the end, Teddy was left alone and sad with only a grandmother, and a god father and some good friends.

Just an interesting fact here, Teddy-Remus bites. Yurp, my new hamster. Like I said, it's inhumane to keep little boys locked in cages (but Artemis Fowl was just too shmexy to resist).
