As for the discussion...That is a very interesting question! Perhaps the Bloody Baron knows something about Peeves that Peeves does not want anyone to know. Perhaps the Bloody Baron knows that underneath it all, Peeves is quite the sensitive guy, but that would completely ruin Peeve's reputation.
Seriously I've always wondered what exactly the Bloody Baron does to control him. What are the threats he has, or what skills he has to whip Peeves into shape. Is the Bloody Baron really Peeves dad? Hmmm... let's start the conspiracy theories going!
