Probably; it could have happened, thqat's wyh they were so bad at getting the Ministry back this time, they thought they had had it so that no one cuold disrupt it again, but they were wrong. I'm sure they had tight security the last time, but made sure they had better magical protection. Magic must have changed since the last time. |
