Well, we have talked to the GWFC and they have very kindly decided to share their idea with the present being User Notes. We’re doing it differently, however.
Each member who signs up will fill out a simple form: Name:
Hair color:
Eye color:
Personality:
Favorite Ministry Job:
Anything Else?
After that, the MoMFC Officers will compare the forms to real Ministry Officials.
Let’s say I filled it out and we decided that I was most like Alastor Moody. Well, one of the MoMFC Officers will go to my User Notes and post something that looks like this: Quote: |

Oh, hi! I was just making sure that you're still on SS because I haven't seen you around lately. It's all right, I know how busy things can get - the same thing happened to me with the FDFC. I am a co-President there, but the other co-President hasn't been on in months so I basically had to plan the whole thing, with approval from my sponsor, Kay.
This is actually for all of the Officers - we need to start pre-making our User Notes. I'll deliver them all my self, don't worry, but soon I'm going to post up a list of all the Ministry Officals known. We'll then divide up the names and create the User Notes.
