Discussion: Best matched Death Eater with Moody!? Eep! That's a hard one; yes I think Voldemort would be a good match, but there are reasons why I think it wouldn't have been fair. The main one being the prophecy.

I've just been informed that we do in fact have a new Activities/games officer!! So welcome aboard to Roro, who will be leading us with some awesome new games... xD

As your new president, I want to discuss three items with you:

1) Officer Positions: We have available two positions; Promotions and Secretary. If you are interested in either of these positions, then please send a PM with your interest to myself (PhoenixRising) and Tiffanie (LemonDrop13)

2) New Game: As this was mentioned first, we'll play the Moody Dare Game. For those who don't know how it's played, it goes like this... Moody, Moody, Alastor! Where the user has the choice of saying either Moody or Alastor. If you say Moody, the game continues. But if you say 'Alastor', then you must post a dare for the person above you to complete!! =D I'll begin...

3) Discussion: While games are fun, it is the discussions that are the meat and potatoes of a fan club. Let's keep these going while playing the game. If you notice a discussion dying out, then I have no problems with you posing a question of your own to discuss ... to continue with... more brainstorming... What happened to Moody's eye? You don't just need a glass/magical eye from nothing. Why did our vigilant auror need one? Was he perhaps not being so vigilant himself?! =O

Discussion: Speculation is fun! The idea of a magical potion being splashed in it might be okay; kind of makes me think of chemistry and how we had to wear goggles so we wouldn't get any chemicals splashed into our eyes. ;P
Though I wonder if Moody played quidditch in his younger days... cause it could be a bad broom crash or something xD. Or maybe it was a spell gone wrong... Or he used to keep his wand behind his ear, with the tip pointed at his eye and well, i really don't think I need to say anymore...

Discussion: Ohhhh poor Moody! I could see him with a pet kneazle over a pet fwooper though, this is true. And kneazles are supposed to be good judges of character, so perhaps his kneazle would be like the living equivalent of a dark detector...

Discussion: Actually, I think that his eye was lost because of a duel with some Death Eater, because we already know that he put alot of them in Azkaban, and everytime he lost some body part in capturing them, it could be that some curse caused him to lose his eye also...

That's a good theory Gin and very possible that some death eater or other dark wizard caused harm to his eye, just as one took the chunk from his nose.
