I realise that this club is very inactive. That's why I am trying to make things get kicked into high gear. We have decided to choose officers, even though we only have four positions filled. I've talked with the sponsor and she just said that despite only four people applying, it's okay and we can worry more about officers later.

Also, if you want this club active, when you discuss a topic, don't just post one or two lines. Really discuss it! Post paragraphs and talk back and forth! Disagree and have evidence as to why you think the way you do! Don't just play the game and say two lines. Also, if you want this club active tell people about it! We need more members! I'll be going around and sending PMs soon (once I get a minute) because I know we need people to join!

We want to work our way to our own thread and we need members and officers for that so we can have activity!!!!

If you have nothing to say.... well, please try. I know that sometimes it's hard to come up with something decent, but please try.

You both basically said the same things. He would fight till the end. I think that's true. But let's take into account all the events of DH outside of the trio. What kind of danger there was and such. Since Moody died so early in the book, there were lots of things he missed out on and there were lots of places he could have died! Which isn't good.

I sort of had a feeling he was going to die just based on who he is. He's that old, paranoid Auror whose seen way too much. You know? It just seemed obvious, though no less sad. I think that if he had survived all that time he would have certainly gone to Hogwarts to fight in the last battle. I think he might have died there. Perhaps he would have died saving Lupin or Tonks. I could see that. Definitely.

We raise our glasses to you, Moody! You're a hero!

If Moody was alive I believe that he would have fought with Harry against the DE.He would have been very determind to help Harry.I agree with you Aria, he might have risked his life for Tonks and Lupin.He would have even done it for Fred too because the Weasleys and him were very close.

I don't think he would have been able to save Fred. The way Fred died was very unfair and very sudden. He was killed by the wall falling ontop of him. I think the only way for him to have been saved, would have been Percy. If Percy had had the chance to push him out of the way. Otherwise, I think Fred's fate was sealed unless he had been somewhere else at the time.... unless something had distracted him and he had kept him from that part of the castle.

If he died saving someone, it would have most likely been Tonks since he was sorta like her teacher when he was trainig to be an auror & she was very close to him.

I agree that if he hadn't of died when he did, he probably would have at some other point. He's one of those recklessly brave types. He would have risked his life at any point for another without even blinking. I even wonder if he would have gotten himself captured just to see if Harry was in trouble.

Well although it might not have been possible to save Fred I think that Moody would have atleast tried.He is a very determined person. I wonder if Moody knew that Snape was a spy and would he have tried to save him from Voldemort?

Well Moody would have continued being an Auror because I believe that he loved his job.He would have been there for Harry when the others died and he would have helped alot in the battle.

I think he would have been very active in the reforming of the Ministry. He would have made sure that no DE or former DE supporter would have been allowed back in a position of power.

I don't think he'd be an Auror again. Although he'd still be in the OotP and he'd try to stop all the bad guys that are roaming about.
