yes, please PM them to me. sorry i didn't make that clear earlier. the deadline has already passed caitlin, but i'll let it go since you prob. did it a while ago. so, caitlin's acrostic would be #4. i'd rather them PMed so there is no feuding between people with things like "why didn't you vote for me" or anything like that. send 'em in by Wednesday and i'll announce thursday afternoon. so really, you can send them in, i guess, at thursday, noon EST at the latest

And I turned in my acrostic (technically) last year ... so it made the deadline. I'm just glad it got put on the voting list!

So just in case someone doesn't know, I'll explain how to play hangman! Each word is worth five or ten points, depending on the difficulty. I don't think this word is so hard, but since it's the first, I figured it might as well be worth full value.

All right, so just like hangman, you have a certain amount of guesses to figure out what the words is. Everyone shares these then guesses, so you need to be careful at what letter you choose. The first person to guess what the word is gets the points. If no one can figure it out, the points will go under the name "Slughorn." Get it? Got it? Good! Let's play!

i don't think we should do categories because, well, we kind of already have one: HORACE! if a theme was put in, i think it'd make the game too easy. and who doesn't love challenges. and to the question, whoever answers correctly starts the next word.

How about we make a rule that if the winner does not post a new word in about 48 hours the person that was hosting before can host again. This is so we keep the game moving along. So, the.time.is.now (sorry I don't know ur name ) you can host again since roonilwazlib hasn't posted a new word yet. Do you all agree??

nice. i got the first. sorry i have not been on lately. i'm going to be on less probably from now on because school is killing me (just finished exams) and i have a job now, so i barely have any free time. we'll go with the 48 hour thing if the winner doesn't post. and in between that time, we should be doing something else. this way, we're not spending 2 days asking where the person is.

lastly, i only got a couple votes, but there was a clear winner. good job Caitlin. you won the competition. if anybody here is a good graphics maker, can you make her something because i'm horrid at that thing. i'll be brainstorming some interesting competitions. ones that you wouldn't find in your average club.
