Well..the promotions officer can make avvies and siggies trying to promote the club.He/she could also use the avvies made by others(and graphics officers) or make one him/herself and use it to promote the club.The promotions officer can also PM non-members of the club telling them the clubs going-ons and stuff..and encourage them to join..and also encourage the members to become active..well.I think thats it..but its an on-going process..about reminding and promoting..etc..etc..
