yeah it sounds like it could have been something like that. I mean that would make sense. if the parents agreed to have there children get married in order to keep them pure.

I think it might be nice if we had a discussion with the game, rather than making it just one or the other. The game will be going on for quite some time so, this way we get to discuss our favorite character rather than cluttering up our thread with stuff we could potentially do in Zonko's. 
Oh also, it might be good to explain the rules of the game before starting it so that those who aren't familiar with it can jump in and play, too.

Sorry for the cluter, i guess you are right we should continue to discuss. I think that she was probably forced to marry someone in a certain family. She probably had a couple of choices, between people. Not just the guy she married, but i don't think she had much of a choice if she wanted to stay pure. | |

I think her family expected her to get married with a pure blood and she didn't argue about that. Being pure blood, means a lot to her. And like you said ^^ there weren't many pure blood wizards left. Sooo, I think she didin't have a choice, but to marry Rodolphus. | |

I agree i think she would have married him if he was in the market, for a pure wife then yes. But he was not planning on getting married, he didn't believe in true or any form of love.
But i do think, she wanted children, or at least she might have wanted them. But she never had the chance to have them, being in prison and all. | |
