Descriptive Drooble's Stories

The Weasleys' Burrow. :loved: A complex game similar to a mundane’s. Command these white or black pieces of various shapes who may or may not listen to you. Be it a battered or new set, they may shout rather confusing battle strategies to you. |
Wizards chess A replacement for a bird to chase in a game. It glints as it darts around. Such a small object but worth a great deal. |
The Golden Snitch. It is an unusual place situated on a floor of Hogwarts that entails you to climb, climb, climb many stairs to get to a corridor on the left. Where is the door? Oh, that's right. There is a particular action that you must do for it become visible to you, where it will emerge quite suddenly. Care to let your imagination run free? This place can make it come alive but do not let that depiction of trolls in tutus and a human distract you! |
Room of Requirement! :D Remember that cleaning appliance that you saw in your grandma's cupboard? Here it is used for something different. There are many, many brands with a variety of ranges available - all vying for your attention and support as they can be used within a class, and for competition. .. and championships. |
Broomstick? Barring your way into the Gryffindor tower hangs an old, dutiful guardian. She sits, waiting for students to utter the password. Her name given from her appearance. Excess in flesh and adipose tissue she is, dressed in clothing from her own unknown time. |
The Fat Lady! :loved: I may look very fierce with my fluffy hair and beard along with my height. However, once you get to know me, you'll know I'm very gentle and soft. Call me the Mother of Dragons. |
Hagrid? :whut: Come forth, investigate with your olfactory sensory neurons. Take a deep, slow inhalation from the characteristic spiral steam dancing from the cauldron, deep up your nasal passage. Let if consume your body as if it were the most desired drink. Before you cast your gaze onto the mother-of-pearl liquid, let your intense and short-lived passion infatuate you with your interpretation of the unique aroma. Of whom does it cause you to think? |
Amortentia Along with his partner in crime, be caused a lifetime of trouble in what hardly amounted to a whole life. Though this put his mother over the top many times, one could say his last breath caused a murder. The store he created in part was just one of the things that made him so very proud, along with his achievements in Quidditch and his great escape from Hogwarts during his last year. |
Fred? The witch looked down her nose at the inferior. Her face etched with a permanent arrogance, as though she believed herself nobility amongst all mortals. But this postulation was indoctrinated within her very pneuma by the people of her uncontaminated genealogy. Her once strong jawline, thin lips, and heavily-lidded eyes with long eyelashes became gaunt, as though her facial integument were stretched over her brain case. Her once groomed, plentiful, lustrous, ringleted black hair now hung limply from that same gaunt skull. The black shine now lacklustre. A brutish glare depicting the psyche of this witch. |
Bellatrix :loved: He was once a strikingly handsome man. Brilliant, he was too with brain and wit. Oh, but cunning and evilness. You will not believe what a combination of those two traits along with a love for power will do. He was vanquished for sometime while the wizarding word celebrated grandly but he rose once again, all traces of the handsome man now gone. His eyes, like snakes. His head, bald. What a utterly scary person to look at. |
:voldie1: Voldy-lord The Restricted part of the school library, though impenetrable, was a kenspeckle area. Housing books of the deepest, darkest magic, of inestimable value, exquisiteness - like golden dust. For pupils must leap sure-footed through hoops, presenting upon the Librarian a unique letter of approval. And then, only then, might they be presented with their desire. One such book contained a great deal of potions. Potions of one type - potent, menacing, intricate, ghastly, arcane. Within the covers contains the potions of Polyjuice and Laxative. |
The Restricted Section :whaa: I am an over-sized dog with shiny, pretty black fur and though I may look fierce or intimidating, I am rather gentle as my eyes can tell you if you look closely enough. I am playful and love licking people's organ of hearing. I am a faithful pet and to those who treat me right. I salivate a lot and my barks are rather booming. |
it's Fang! With an affinity for pockets, particularly of the top variety and in the folds of certain blue coats, the slender green creature could gouge out your eyes with the very long and sharp digits he was presently using in the slit of the cold metal device keeping his reddish-brown haired wizard captive. HINT: character & action; a scene from one of the films |
Pickett, picking the locks on Newt's shackles The establishment in question was hidden practically in plain sight, compared to its subterranean pseudo brethren. Denizens of the enchanting community attended seeking restoratives for their afflictions, which were generally not of the mundane variety. Note: A golden installation for the purpose of receiving donations for this institution was housed in government headquarters. |
St. Mungo's :D After following a complicated recipe and waiting for six moons to pass, one may imbibe this liquid courage, which flows like molten gold and jumps around a cauldron like goldfish leaping from a bowl. Such favorable success will befall the imbiber that this beverage has been banned from consumption before competitive events such as sporting matches conducted in mid-air from a broomstick and exhausting examinations of wizarding knowledge. The Chosen One successfully applied this drink to the acquisition of memories from an unwilling academic, and split the effects of the remaining beverage amongst his closest allies later the same year. |
Liquid Luck ^_^ He saw her, so sad and alone, but he saw her. He understood what it was like to lose someone, especially someone you never really got to know. Someone that was taken too soon, too young. When he looked in the mirror with their loved ones' pictures, it was her face he saw staring back at him. Like she understood and saw him too. So what if they were both a little broken, they saw one another, and that was more than he had had before. He had wanted her for months, had wanted to comfort her and apologize. Like it was his fault her boyfriend had died. It sure felt like it was at least. When he looked back he saw the mistletoe hanging above them, like the room knew what they both needed at that moment. The push that could help hold their broken pieces together, he just hoped his sharp edges wouldn't cut her again. |
