There are a lot of Chinese bands and singers! Maybe you know some? Anyone can post what genre they like. For instance, I like rock! We can all introduce each other to new Chinese bands and singers.
Chinese music! I listen to it sometimes, and I really enjoy some of it. I especially like Guang Liang and Zhou Jie Lun/Jay Chou. I have a Chinese "popular" songs CD from my cousin, I barely listen to it, and it was from 2005, but I mostly like Jay Chou.

Uhh I have a bunch of Chinese indie rock discs somewhere. There was this documentary called "Beijing Bubbles" that filmed the punk and rock underground scene in Beijing, and the filmmakers released a CD with like sixteen different bands. Some of them were pretty good, so I ordered their albums. (Which was not easy. )
So, anyone know any of these bands: Joyside, Carsick Cars, Snapline, HedgeHog, Queen Sea Big Shark, Shazi, Hang on the Box?

I know Joyside and Shazi but not the rest I'll go check 'em out.
