Hey guys, it's Evs :] And this is my first fanfic on Snitchseeker. It so happens to be of Gavin Lupe!
His story takes place through letters. Most of it is to his family, or friends, explaining things that have happened. Sometimes they'll be flashbacks, which you'll completely know when there's a flashback because it'll be written in third person [ while the rest of the story it 1st ].

WHAT DO YOU MEAN ‘I’M CRAZY?’ I swear I’m not lying. It’s true. They split up Hogwarts. I wish it were a joke, you know that? I’m completely serious, Osalie. The guys school, Coopers school, and the girls school, Belles school, are ridiculous. For one thing, Hufflepuffs and Gryffindors are treated horribly. Another, there’s fat portraits of the new minister everywhere. As if I like looking at his hairy buttocks.
At least they still kept Hogsmeade trips. That way I can still see Issy.
You remember her, don’t you? The little eight year old ‘Claw. My little cabbage, she is. She just has a way to make you feel better, huh. I wonder how she came to Hogwarts even though she’s so young. Kind of weird… kind of awkward.
Then again, that’s the only girl I’m actually happy to see. There’s those two creeps - Robot and what’s-her-face.. Oh. Slabs. My god, Osalie, you would flip if you met Sabrina. Flip in a bad way : ] She’s terrible.
I’m thinking about making an I-hate-Sabrina club. Yeah, she’s that bad. Cute, in a bad way.
Then there’s Robot. She’s on my list now, Osalie. She’s trying to steal Dexie from us. A friend-stealer, she is. I hate her.

I wish I could see you. It's been five years since I've talked to you last. Since you convinced your wife to let me come here. The best thing that could ever happen, although I didn't come here at first. It took a while, but you probably didn't know that. You couldn't, since you left before all the arguing reached its peak.
I don't blame you for leaving. You didn't have a choice - but why did you have to be so stupid and get caught? That embarrasses me, padre. It does so much that I don't tell anyone you're in Azkaban. Then they'll ask why and I can't tell them your stupid way of messing up.
I have a plan, padre. I'll do something. I'll do something that'll land me in Azkaban. That way, I can see you again. We'll be like old times sake, except in prison. It'll be fun.
Too bad you won't know of the plan until I get there. On account that I'll never mail this letter because it'll never get to you.

Gods, Eevs. I've already told you my favorite parts. Gavin is just... he's amazing. He may be a rude, jerk-faced poohead with a terrible, mean streak, but I cannot help but ADORE him. :3
His letters (and threats) to Dex are way cute  LOL I love it. And I love how he thinks Issy is 8 (Didn't they once have a conversation in which he was truly shocked to find her 12? xD Prolly pushed it to the back of his memory.  )
The bits about his dad always get me. :/ It's very cute, in a bittersweet manner.
